“These people are joking. No returns label But a return address. I sent my item back and paid for the postage myself. They are yet to give me a refund 2 WEEKS after confirming receipt of the item saying that my refund has been processed and that I will receive it in 5days. Emailing them back and forth and they have a different excuse every time. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“I bought the maxi shirt dress in a size 14 (from ebay). Lovely dress but absolutely massive - easily a large 16. It has gone to a charity shop now as just too big all over and I am no skinny minnie! So, the maxi shirt dress imho runs very large.”

“Absolutely shocking, for my first order 2 out of the 3 items were incorrect size. They offered a £10 off code so ordered a jumpsuit, not only was it the incorrect size it was a completely different item, no returns slip inside either! Totally incompetent!”

“Probably another internet scam with fake reviews to boost sales. Dress came. Lovely material but not as described. Missed the underlay. It was basically a silky dressing gown with two strings attached with no feasible or logical way to tie around you to make it into a wearable dress. Hoping I get a refund but let's see.”

“I tried the dress on and it fit,s seemed beautiful. Stupidly,I didnt really check anything other than the fit and if it matched my shoes.. It was only when I ironed it that I noticed how shoddily made it was. The seams were frayed, there were runs where threads had been pulled, it was stained in two areas! But by then I had already removed the tags and a return wasn't possible.”

“Received an incorrect item in my order but after emailing customer services they dealt with this efficiently by sending me the correct item along with a free return label the next day. Absolutely love the correct dress along with all my other items and cannot fault the team for helping me so swiftly. Keep up the good work!!”

“Ordered a top and received wrong one. They apologised and said they would send correct one. A few hours later they emailed and advised they are now out of stock....just great as it was ordered for a party in 2 days. . They did send a free return label but now have to buy ink for my printer. Hope they refund my original postage S it was their error.”

“Sizing is random, I bought the same dress in 3 different colours, one is great, but the other two; one doesn’t do up, and the other has a belt that is half the size of the others so not wearable. I emailed them immediately and no response.”

“Cheap quality for the price paid. Bought a few items now that look beautiful online, but turn up and are made of thing, cheap material. Bought a slip dress with a matching waist sash that arrived a completely different shade to the dress. Sizing is pretty off too. Not worth the money.”
