“I am not happy with the service received by your company. I paid for shoes and shipping and also fee for exchange between pounds and dollars. Then I have been billed by an overnight carrier which I never ordered from for a shipping charge more than the price of the shoes. Never will be ordering from your company again.”

“The fit flops I ordered were too big therefore had to return them to you. I had to pay the postage and packing to return them, I thought the postage and packing was free from the uk. Have ordered a smaller size as the fit flops were really lovely.”

“Would have given 5 stars as the flip flops are lovely and totally met expectations but the poor delivery took the edge off. When I complained Daniel Footwear dealt with promptly and professionally. Would I buy from Daniel Footwear again - definitely.”

“Service was good but shoes were a little disappointing. Ordered a 7 but were too big, no 6.5 in stock, so brought insoles and wore shoes......I later discovered that a 6.5 had come back into stock. No fault of Daniels and shoes in general are good quality but a 'how shoes fit' section would be helpful, as these are wider than many of this make of shoe.”

“Associates on the phone were great. I loved the shoes but was disappointed that the name was on the inside of the flap rather than outside, at the top of the laces like the picture showed.”

“I recently purchased a pair of boots on sale for £79.99, instead of the original price of£159. The boots arrived quickly and were packaged well. One of the boots looked slightly as if it had been worn as a tester shoe. Not noticeable once on, so I kept the boots. Would not have paid £159 for them but was happy with the price paid.”
