“Bought a Michael Kors handbag as a present , Daniel Footwear were the only site to have the bag in the colour required. The website was easy to use , free delivery was prompt and the bag was wrapped in tissue and a plastic bag , encased in a sturdy cardboard box ( no crushing) I also used a code for 10% off which made the bag a very competitive price . I will definitely use Daniel Footwear again .”

“Paid extra for next day delivery but did not arrive. Stated on the website order within ??? Minutes to get next day delivery but never happened. Shame”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I do apologise to hear this. I have looked into this and it looks like we spoke to you on the day you made the purchase to let you know that there was unfortunately a delay with the couriers and that your parcel would not arrive in time for the next day delivery. It does looks like we refunded the £5.99 delivery charge and also upgraded your delivery to a pre 10:30am for the day after. Kind Regards, Customer Service Team.

“Very easy to use website, quick delivery and great product. Only downside is that you cannot send product back for exchange, you have to get refund and pay again in the meantime. Will use this website in future and have already recommended to friends regardless of no exchange issue.”

“The trainers I bought fit perfectly, but I had an issue with one pair which came with two different sizes inside the box, however as we would expect from Daniel this was not a problem at all because it was solved quickly and effectively by their customer service. I was impressed by the care and attention I received from them. Thank you .”

“Absolute bad experience, once let down with an order that was placed but could not be honoured, when I rang to query, the explanation "sorry the last pair left has scratches, so we can't send them to you", thought, that is fair enough. The second time they end up sending me the last pair which was not only scratched but the buckle on one shoe was hanging off and was clearly a very badly damaged shoe but they still dispatched the shoes to me. I rang them informed them and followed it up with an email with a photo as below :- Re- Order Number WEB196874 Further to our telephone conversation, please find attached photos of faulty shoes. Having looked at the damaged item, I am fairly certain this was packed with the faults already there before disaptach. As agreed you will be sending a free returns postage label. This is very disappointing indeed. Image”

“Pleased with the prompt service - but unfortunately in my case too prompt !! 2 days after receiving the shoes - they were placed in the sale - disappointed as I'm sure they were aware that a sale was pending”

“Ordered items, delivered promptly, unfortunately sizes, wasn't suitable. sent items back and was given a full refund within a couple of days. Fantastic customer service, which give me confidence to buy again. Communication was brilliant too”
