“I Have used this company a few times now. I’m not really one for online shopping however I have total trust now in Daniels Footwear. I have even sent an item back as sadly it was too small and I don’t have to pay for the postage which was fantastic and I was reimbursed very promptly. I would recommend this company. I also never usually write reviews. Thank you”

“FAKE UGG BOOTS. ATLEAST 1 PAIR DEFINETELY WAS. Ordered Ugg boots on black friday as they were £124.99. Arrived 2 days later, nicely packed. When i tried it on i noticed that the left boot felt a bit tight, didnt pay much attention to it. When i wore it the 2nd time i noticed that there were more fur inside the left boot compared to the right that barely had any. I removed the boot and started paying attention to the details and noticed the boots were completely different. Different colors in the back, different fur. I spoke to someone and they asked to sent it back and they will be giving me a new one. I will see if it is genuine by taking it to the UGG store if it aint i will be requesting my money back.”

“I ordered a pair of flip flops as a Christmas present. They came in a battered box and one of them was to totally off colour and all the pearls were missing. The box had a note on it saying they had been checked. Really disappointing.”
