“On the website it specified that the shoes were leather. When I received them the shoes were gorgeous, however I am very sceptical that the shoes are leather! They don't smell of leather and I do believe that they are actually faux leather/synthetic. I little disappointed.”

“Good service though a longer return window would help. Shoes don't come in different widths which would also help. Having had to return the shoes a refund was made promptly”

“The service was very good, with the shoes arriving speedily. They were nicely wrapped/packaged. Unfortunately, the shoes themselves weren't of an acceptable quality so I had to return them.”

“Hi The shoes are lovely and came in perfect condition, however I need to send them back and order the next size up. It says in the packaging to check your website for returns but under returns there is nothing there. Could you advise me of your procedure to send the shoes back and order the next size up. “The price is amazing. I bought fly shoes for £49.99 on this site and everywhere they cost £85.00. But they send the wrong colour of shoes, but I still like them. I would definitely recommend this site.”

“Efficient service in letting me know that the style and size I wanted had been located and very helpful staff when I phoned to place my order which was sent out straight away. Unfortunatley the carrier is City Link which I try to avoid. This is because they only attempt delivery twice. If you are not in the first day they come back the second day if that is not a weekend or bank holiday but do not give a time. After that you have to go to the depot and collect it yourself. The nearest depot to me is some 20 miles away making around trip of 40 miles.”

“Ordering and delivery were good, but because I had bought Sale shoes, I had to pay for return. If that hadn't been the case, I would have reordered my shoes in a different size as I did like them but they were a little big, but didn't want to take the chance and have to pay for another return. Because other sites do offer free returns on sale items, it would possibly prevent me from buying from you in the sale, unless I was absolutely sure that I would want to keep them. C”

“Boots arrived the day after I placed the order. I was pleased with the quick delivery but it was only by chance I was in to receive it. it would be an idea to text/ email delivery details to the customer. The box was very battered but the boots had not been damaged.”
