“I ordered boots paid for them and a day later told they were out of stock money was refunded at once”

“Really pleased with my purchase, my boots are so comfy as all Daniel footwear is. There was a slight crumple on the heel of one of the boots but I kept them anyway.”

“Beautiful suede shoes in black, very smart and dressy. I love Daniel footwear as they are so comfortable. They came very quick and the packaging was also very good. I always go online weekly just for a look as your shoes are fab!”

“Ordered a pair of boots which I never received because they was not in stock even though still up on website. Then once informed they are not in stock I changed my order to a different pair and yet again same thing happened. They did refund my payment quickly though which was a plus I suppose. But would not order from them again.”

“I ordered a bag from Daniel footwear. Unfortunately there was a labelling issue where it was poorly attached to the parcel therefore it was failing to scan at the time of delivery. I was told by the person delivering they will take this back to the local warehouse so it can be re-labelled and they will attempt delivery the following day. This was not the case, I had to wait for a further 3 days- 4 days and only after chasing it up with Daniel footwear I was given an update on the whereabouts of my order. The bag itself didnt have any issues, it was perfect however it was frustrating I had to go through this long wait for something that could have been avoided if it wasnt poorly labelled.”
