“I am from Perth, Australia and could not find burgundy brogues anywhere here. And then I discovered Daniel Footwear stocked a beautiful pair. I was concerned about buying shoes from OS because I've been burned before, however I took the plunge (it helped that the shoes were on sale) and in no time at all had received my parcel. The shoes are gorgeous and true to size. The whole experience was seamless so I was very happy to write a review. Thank you Daniel Footwear. I'll be back!”

“I didn't receive the purchase because you requested additional proof of my address. I have made many purchases outside the USA and never needed additional proof of address. Since the purchase was going I my credit card billing address I saw no need to fax a utility bill with my address on it. Way too much trouble for a pair of sandals!”

“I enquired why the delivery was taking so long.They replied to say the item had been lost in transit. The item was now out of stock so I was issued a refund.”

With us delivery all over the UK the parcel will be passed around several depots in order to get it to the right place within a certain time frame. This can result in parcel getting misplaced. “Had my eye on these fly london shoes for years. AT $189 in the US the $30 shipping still made these shoes a deal for me in the US. They arrived in 4 days! Love them”

“Service was good but shoes were a little disappointing. Ordered a 7 but were too big, no 6.5 in stock, so brought insoles and wore shoes......I later discovered that a 6.5 had come back into stock. No fault of Daniels and shoes in general are good quality but a 'how shoes fit' section would be helpful, as these are wider than many of this make of shoe.”
