“Ordered online two different pairs of shoes which arrived within a couple of days. Loved both but one pair too big and decided on a different colour for the other pair. Returned both pairs & ordered new ones as above. I received the refunds immediately and now have two great pairs of new shoes in the colour and size required. Process could not have been easier.”

“Ordered K & S Boots. Not sale! This being my third pair. They are so comfortable, such soft leather and have great soles. Order came promptly and was well packaged. Excellent service and would highly recommend Daniel Footwear.”

“I am very disappointed with the service as I ordered my daughters school shoes from here they said they had them in stock and be with me on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I received an email saying that they didn't have them in stock.”

“Outstanding service from start to finish...ordered 3 pairs of boots..on Sun 30/12/18 @ 6:14pm..from South West rural Ireland .& on Thurs at lunchtime..I received my parcel..3 boxes..beautifylly wrapped.. .paperwork in order....all perfect...so efficient...so fast..in the middle of bank holiday/Christmas!!..I will certainly be using Daniel Footwear in the future..A1....I could not get these boots in Ireland..what a bonus to get them in 3 colours and almost 50% discount.!!. .just fab..wow🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (Regarding size..i already had a pair of these identical boots in teal...so I knew they would fit)...10 out of 10..Excellent...”

“Fabulous customer service! I live in Hawaii and ordered online. The process was flawless and I received my order faster than when I order from the continental US! Further, I searched all over the place for the Birkenstock I wanted, and even the Birkenstock site couldn't provide what I sought. I highly recommend Daniel Footwear and will certainly order again! “I purchased the boots because I have a pair in blue which have been so comfortable and had so many comments from people on how nice they looked. Unfortunately the grey pair have a sharp pin sticking out from the decorative button on the side of both boots. The reason why I ordered them on line was because the pair I saw in a shop were also faulty on the decorative button so ordered them on line to hopefully get a perfect pair . Appreciate they are reduced in price in the sale and therefore prepared to accept an inferior product but would never have paid full price for such a poor product.”
