Hello, I'm very sorry to hear of your poor experience with ourselves, you should not have received a faulty shoe and returns can take longer to process at this busy time of year with a high number of Christmas returns we receive. “My order arrived before stated and was exactly what I had been searching for. I’ve had to return the boots because they are too big (gutted) and the smaller size is out of stock. “I bought Ugg Boots for our daughter for Christmas - they arrived after Christmas and to be fair I would have been surprised if they'd arrived before as I was late placing the order. As it was it was a surprise for her as she didn't expect them. They were well wrapped and nicely packaged. I will definitely use this company again.”

“These are the second pair of Boots bought from Daniel Footwear. My brown leather boots are about 3 years old, I have now added a black suede pair to my collection. They are both lovely boots, as I have skinny calves they fit me perfect. I am thrilled with my new boots. Thank you Daniel Footwear.”

“These are so comfy and look really nice! I usually like to be able to wear thicker socks with boots (in winter) but they weren’t quite wide enough for this. Otherwise almost perfect!”
