“I was slightly worried about ordering having read some of the reviews. However I felt reassured having spoken to a friend who'd purchased in store. The bag arrived quickly & is in perfect condition. I would comment that all my emails from you go straight to spam, which would explain people complaining about the lack of communication from you. Would definitely order again.”
