“Lovely boots.thick fur insole,real leather boots. bit tight to get on but I no this will slacken with time I haven't worn them out as weather not really cold enuf.really expensive but I expect them to last many winters”

“your customer services department was very efficient but unfortunately the original pair of shoes was too big and when i returned them you had sold out of the smaller size which was unfortunate but i must praise andrew walker who dealt with my queries promptly and efficiently.”

“Quick delivery however I feel paying for returns on sale items is a bit cheeky, I've not seen this done anywhere else. Also, 9 days to return is not very long given that almost every other website/shop will allow 14 days or even 28 in some cases.”

“Brilliant price, delivery, brand and quality. Only issue I have was that it arrived in damaged packaging, as it was a birthday gift for a friend it didn't make the company look very good”

“I will say i am satisfied with this online shopping after all, its my first time shopping from danielfootwear and my first time write review. after paid i check on website it says it will took about 4-6 working days to despatch, but i wait for 12 days almost. so i write email and they reply quickly and despatch immediately! Delivery took around 5 days and i got text message from post office. so now i got this dr Martin shoes, a little bit bigger than usual size but pretty.”

“Ordered some casual shoes for the autumn,they had not arrived after 5 days.Sent an email,apparently the courier had misplaced them.Poatage was refunded,and shoes arrived next day.Could not ask for a better service.”

“I put in my order on 8/18 and they supposed to ship it out on 8/21 but I still didn't get my order today 9/2. They said something went wrong and would ship my order out as soon as possible. Hopefully I will get them soon.”

“Ordered a pair wedges but were faulty contacted you about an exchange and was sent a free returns label which was great . Unfortunately I hadn't heard or received my new shoes so I had to contact your team again with a tracking number , which is now being dealt with, hopefully I will receive my shoes soon. I will be very disappointed if they are out of stock as I purchased them on the 16th august when payment was taken .”

“Lovely shoes, bargain price and great service. The size was slightly small but I think the next size up would have been too big so I am persevering-hopefully they 'stretch' and I don't regret it.”

“I really loved the shoes I ordered, however ordering from the US is not the best thing to do. Being unfamiliar with my shoe size for the UK, I ordered an incorrect size and the cost to exchange them was too much. Having to pay to send the size that was too small back was expensive to do. Hopefully in the future, I can order another pair and they will fit correctly.”

“Was slightly shocked when I opened my box to discover two differently sized shoes! However, Laura from Daniel footwear located the correct shoe and posted it straight to me. Very prompt service and immediately rectified their mistake with apologies.”
