“The boots are beautiful but they come with a defect. Fringes of rigth boot are soft and pending naturally. But on the left One the leather of the fringes is hard as it had been wet. A bit desappointed.”

“Ordered the ochre Madrid Birkenstock’s I’ve had my eye on for a while. Delighted with them, especially at the price I paid. Realistically expected an email to follow saying the usual delivery timescales couldn’t be met as a result of the impact of lockdown, and that would have absolutely fine since I’m not going anywhere :), but no, they arrived on time. Have never used this retailer before but definitely will again, thank you!”

“I ordered Shoes on 4/10/2020 and I received my package on 4/17/2020. I am so thrilled to get a perfect fit and exactly what I hoped for. The only surprise is they can Quick!! Tracking info was great. Love the Service Thankyou!”

“I have now bought a handbag and 3 pairs of shoes in just 5 months for my fiancee. All top quality. I have also bought a pair of shoes and a pair of trainers for myself. A few occasions I have been lucky to catch a very generous sale but I would have paid full price. When it comes to footwear I doubt I will use anywhere else. Also service has been great both online and Daniel store on Hyndland Road in Glasgow the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful.”

“Ordered on the 3rd April 2020 still no sign of order. Got in contact with seller. Half helpful but still hasn’t solved the problem as to why my delivery hasn’t turned up. First time ordering and I won’t be ordering again that’s for sure.”

“Excellent service from Daniel......absolutely love there shoes, purchase mainly from the shop, but have also purchased online....both are a fab experience, in the shop Andrew are Heather are so helpful and pleasant, it makes it a pleasure to shop there, and online the service is also exceptional......the shoes are fabulous, so different and so comfortable, you are always able to pick up something that iso totally different to the regular run of the mill, just love love love them........Thank you all at Daniel for an amazing service, both in shop and online.......stay safe”

“This was my first time to make a purchase from Daniel Footwear and I was not disappointed. I found the website easy to use with good security measures in place. I was especially and pleasantly surprised to receive my purchase within a week by standard post. I am delighted with my new Ugg Fluff Flip Flop Slippers - excellent service all round...thank you!”

“I’d been looking at these Piccadilly white Flatforms for over 12 months, since visiting the shop in Harrogate. I like them and they are comfortable, I’m just so disappointed as they are not as white as they appear online. Bit of a let down as they are an expensive trainer :( The service from Daniel Footwear was excellent.”

“I was abit sceptical about ordering from them at first. After a few hours of research, reviews etc (Larizia and Daniel F) I decided to buy Sophie Hulme bag. It arrived on the day given, customer service was good all in all very happy. 3 days later I ordered the same bag but in a different colour it arrived 4 days later and again very happy!!”
