“I read a few negative reviews about this company but decided to give them a try and ordered a Michael Kors bag . It arrived and was damaged. I contacted the company several times with my issue . Yesterday another bag arrived as promised and in time for Christmas. I think the real judgement for any company is how they deal with you if you have goods you are not happy with or a complaint about them. In my case I can only say I was dealt with well and the end result was as promised. In spite of a few hiccups I would definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“Quick delivery bit size information could have been better I would have liked 4.5 but the only available options were 4, 5 etc no information to day that if you order a 5 it's actually a UK 5.5 that comes so my boots are a bit big.”

“Ugg’s I purchased with good reduction did not fit so had to return. As there was a reduction it cost £12 to return item-rediculous & defo won’t b ordering from this site again!! Out of pocket by £12 😡”
