“Shoes arrived and soles on both scuffed indicating previous wear. Very disappointing so planned to return. Had to contact helpline to receive label to freepost. This service was efficient. Await refund. Have purchased a lot of Daniel shoes in past as like the styles and are comfortable. Disappointed by my first attempt to buy online in the absence of any Daniel store here in N Ireland as local store has closed.”

“shoes did not fit...I ordered wrong size..not companies mistake...however it cost $50 to ship back more than half my order so I can not afford to order there anymore”

“An amazing shopping experience from start to finish. The customer service and on line experience echoes the high end products that they sell. They offer a personal touch down to a card in the box signed by the person who has packaged the product which gives you a feeling of having a personal shopper experience. I have been shopping with them for years and own many pairs of shoes brought through them and have always received my items swiftly and in perfect order from the external packaging through to the box and my shoes. A top rate place to shop.”
