Good Morning, I am very sorry you were sent the wrong size. I cannot see that you have contacted us about this we would have been more than happy to send you a free returns label to get those back to us. Once we receive them back we will make sure the correct size is sent out and if you can email across your proof of posting we will refund your posting on that. I will pass this onto our warehouse manager to make sure the team is double checking what they send out. Once again my apologies for the inconvenience we have caused. “hi this is the first time i have ordered from daniel. i ordered over the phone, the service i received as amazing, goods came the next day with free delivery,. had to return vivienne westwood handbag it was too small. no problem with a refund . they are also trying to get me the larger handbag. everyone was so helpfull will use them again thanks daniel.”

“I was looking for a particular Michael Kors handbag in a particular colour and Daniel Footwear were the only ones to stock it and at a very reasonable price too. Delivery was truly amazing. It came the following day. It couldn’t have been better. Would most definitely recommend.”
