“My delivery was very prompt. I had aconfirmation email follow Up and also an email to say it was out for delivery. The only thing I would fault was no returns label I am happy to pay for postage back but there wasn't even a label.”

“The site was easy to use. There was an issue with the courier, who left the parcel in a neighbours garden. It wasn't fond for 2 days. Danial Footwear offered an immediate refund if I wasn't happy with the condition of the boots I bought. Throughout the whole episode their customer service was excellent and very helpful.”

“I love the Ash trainers I purchased but the courier service was poor as the first parcel went missing?? and I had to phone up to find out what was going on , lost at the sorting hub . But praise be to Daniel footwear who quickly rearranged it , otherwise would have given 5 stars .”

“It is a fantastic boot that is very comfortable, but my issue is the calf. I have slightly bigger calves and I had to take the boot to a cobbler to make the calf wider. Other than that - it's the perfect boot.”

“Amazing price! Almost half of other stores price on black Friday. Very pleased with the product, only issue was that the box was damaged when it had arrived and as a designer pair of shoes, I would have liked the box to be in brand new/nice condition. Other than that very happy”

“Good choice and quick delivery. However, they really need to have a returns service option organised, such as Collect+ so the cost for returns is known. Footwear can be a risky purchase via the internet as you can't be sure the item will fit or be comfortable until you try it on, so being able to return at a reasonable cost is a must.”
