“Really comfortable, stylish shoes. And a very good fit for my large narrow feet (they come up quite big which suits me). The only downside - quite minor - is they turned my nude colour socklets black. I bought the shoes on recommendation of the 2 staff in your Muswell Hill shop (other shoes I'd tried on were a bit small), so many thanks to them!”

“I ordered a pair of bergundy ugg boots. Advised my order was on the way. 2 days later informed no stock and a refund would be made. I waited a few days for this to arrive. Very poor service.”

I have looked into this for you and can see that you ordered a phone case which was showing in stock with one of our stores, when the store went to dispatch this order they noticed a small crack in the case, I can see that we let you know straight away and that your order has been fully refunded. “I am not happy with the service received by your company. I paid for shoes and shipping and also fee for exchange between pounds and dollars. Then I have been billed by an overnight carrier which I never ordered from for a shipping charge more than the price of the shoes. Never will be ordering from your company again.”

“The fit flops I ordered were too big therefore had to return them to you. I had to pay the postage and packing to return them, I thought the postage and packing was free from the uk. Have ordered a smaller size as the fit flops were really lovely.”
