“i had a small issue regarding the roberto cavalli class handbag i purchased and when calling the customer service line i spoke to a lady named becky who was extremely helpful and went out her way to resolve the problem. partially herself and partially forewding details to manager as it was a weekend and manager wasnt in till monday. monday i recieved the call as promised and the whole issue was resolved within promised timescales and with a suitable resolution. would def recommend daniel footwear.”

“I’ve sent the item back - you’ve had it since the 4th May and I haven’t had a refund yet. Appalling. The bag you sent me which I returned looked uncared for - crumpled - just shoved in a plastic posting back with no box around it - really awful. I won’t be shopping with you again.”

“Really happy with the shoes I ordered. When choosing shoes online you almost always order two sizes in case one doesn’t fit. I have no issues with paying for delivery but when I have to pay almost £9 to return a pair of shoes tracked, that is just too much. Whether the shoes you purchase are full price or not I feel returns should be free. I’m not sure whether I will use your website again.”

“There was a very obvious stitching problem, it was kindly ignored and was told it was normal. Comparing the left and the right pair makes it so obvious.. I sent them back, paying a hefty shipping fee. It is very unlikely that I’ll order anything from this store..”
