“Shoes were very comfortable and perfect for the hot evenings, during my holiday. They seem well made and of good quality. Only just arrived in time (as they were not shipped until the day that they should have actually been delivered!) but managed to sling them in my case last minute, just before we left for the airport!”

“Not very friendly in the shops And not very quality shoes I need to take them for repair before I start using them because the foot strap on the back was very loose and don’t fit properly Cost me 40 £ extra but I buy the shoes only because they much the colour of my dress”

“Website very good, i ordered a beautiful pair of shoes, they arrived promptly and very well packaged. unfortunately they didnt fit as i wanted. so very disappointed. Returned the goods and the refund went in a few days later. Will definitely use again”

“Excellent choice of footwear - great styles, colours and brands. Free delivery but you pay for returns which is acceptable. Despite online purchase being available I prefer visiting the stores to try the shoes, especially as I am in-between sizes.”

“Nice sales and excellent service. Bought the wrong size and I was able to get a replacement pretty fast. The only downside is that they dont offer free returns outside UK but they’re very good at compensating for most of the return shipping amount you paid for. Now I’m just waiting for my refund to come through for the returned wrong size shoes and I’ll be ordering more from them!”

“My shoes arrived but were different colours between left and right foot. It left me to question quality control. Despite this Daniel footware really helped me out and my second choice of shoe was amazing quality and really good price. I was so pleased.”

“5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have had a fantastic experience with Daniel Footwear. I ordered a pair of beautiful sandals which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the strap broke after a couple of wears - in fairness I believe this was an exceptional circumstance due to the recent heatwave causing the glue to fail. I contacted customer services to explain what happened and received an immediate and lovely response from Jerry, who sent me a prepaid label so that I could return the sandals for free. No questions asked. I was offered either a replacement or refund and because I loved the sandals so much, I opted for a replacement. My replacement sandals arrived in days. This has been the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. My replacement sandals are very well made and high quality. Absolutely perfect. Would thoroughly recommend Daniel Footwear. Beautiful range of shoes too!”

“I purchased a pair of Michael Kors flip flops in the sale,excellent value @ £24!They were delivered to my desired store promptly and I received a call from the store to say the delivery was ready for me to collect @ my leisure.When collecting the parcel,the store was busy however I did not need to wait as a very polite young lady asked if she could help & got my order straight away.Very happy,would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone.In fact,I have just directed my friend to your site as she loved my flipp flops!”
