“Website was a tad slow whilst I was trying to pay for my order but order arrived at chosen store very quickly and really happy with service and refund service ( ordered 2 sizes in same shoe )”

“amazingly fast delivery, and my new fly london shoes came beautifully wrapped in tissue, with a handwritten note saying they hope i enjoyed wearing my gorgeous new fly shoes. This was my first purchase with daniel footwear, but it won't be my last! Thanks”

“I'm from the US, and this is the first time that I've purchased from Daniel Footwear. It's hard to find Brunate shoes (which are fabulous) in North America, so I ordered a pair from Daniel. The price was great, and the shipping was super fast from across the pond...less than a week. I'm glad I found Daniel Footwear, because I definitely will be purchasing shoes from them again.”

“Terrible check out system, especially for international orders. I ordered a bag of their own line, which was originally 100 pounds, but reduced to 50. Even for 50 pounds, the quality is too low. The leather was very stiff and the metal chain looked way too shiny and cheap. The bag itself was a”

“I bought Birkenstock Madrid Big Buckle sandals from Daniel Footwear because I could not find them here in the U.S. I was impressed with how quickly I received them! Unfortunately, they aren’t a good fit for my feet but now I can’t return them because the shipping costs $117, which is more than I paid for the sandals! Now I’m stuck with sandals that I can’t wear.”

“Admittedly I only purchased my shoes in the sale and they was a really cheap price, however after receiving my shoes I couldn’t believe how they had been sent to me. The white soles had clearly been worn. Covered in black dirt on the soles. Scatches all over the front of shoes. I was so so disappointed to receive them in that condition. I rang customer service and the lady I spoke to was really nice and apologised. I obviously Sent them back. I do have the same shoes which I purchased from Ciel shoe shop in Beverley. But when they went down in price, thought I would order another pair but to my disappointment received them second hand. I normally always go to Ciel in Beverley for my Daniel shoes and normally pay full price but the staff are lovely and do inform me on your 20% off days. Don’t think I’ll order online again from Daniel as it’s clearly put me off.”

“I ordered a pair of UGG trainers and was very impressed as to how quickly my parcel arrived, however, I wasn’t so impressed when I opened the box and found only one shoe there!!! However, to be fair, the guy I spoke to (Graham I think, lovely Irish accent) was ver apologetic, and my single, lonely shoe arrived , asap. First time I’ve used this company and I would again.”
