“I bought some Superga platform trainers and love the shoes. Great quality and an excellent price online in the sale (considerably cheaper than all competitors although I am not sure if they were the same price in store). The order process was good but I didn't receive a notification from the delivery co when they were delivered and had to call the shop myself to see if they were in.”

“The processing of my order was efficient and I received it promptly and without issue. However, when I placed the order I also emailed the Customer Service department asking when/if an out of stock item might be available again. I didn't receive a response, which is very poor.”

“I thought my order was going to take longer to receive! I’m in California and the company is in the UK so i expected at least 2-3 weeks. I got my shoes super fast ( less than a week) and was exactly what i ordered! Will order from this website again!”
