“Excellent service, good price, good boots, I only returned the boots as on one of my feet, I have a bunion and it meant that one boot was too tight... so this was my issue and nothing to do with the product or service. I was so disappointed as I loved the boots, but impractical to keep in the circumstances.”

“I recently ordered a pair of Peplow boots. The boots are gorgeous! They are so comfortable and exactly what I wanted. My order arrived as advised and came beautifully boxed with a personalised hand written message on an envelope containing my receipt. I will definitely look to buy from Daniel Footwear again.”

“the price was great and love the shoes. ordered the wrong size but managed to return them quite easily + ordered a new pair. however im not sure why there isnt an exchange option when returning. probs would have been easier. also they said they give freepost return labels i dont think i got one. also had to pay for the price of the box to put the shoes in when returning to ensure they werent damaged”

“I ordered a Valentino bag, when it arrived it was scratched and the buckle was broken so the bag would not fasten. I sent the bag back on Monday and have still not received confirmation that Daniel Footwear have received the bag and no sign of the Money back yet This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review but for a bag to be sent out damaged it's not showing a good service!”
