“I searched the internet for the best price for Uggs for my daughter's birthday and found Daniel footwear was the best option. The boots arrived after 2 days well-packaged and in perfect condition. Couldn't have been any better service!”

“I got sent an odd pair of shoes size 13 and a size 1 they have been returned a week ago they are saying they have not received them back which I dont believe I am now wanting a refund due to there negligence and admitting there mistake”

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry you received odd shoes, I can see you have been emailing my colleague about this issue and you would like an exchange. From what I can see she asked you to send over 'proof of postage' for the incorrect shoes so we could send you out the correct ones. I can't seem to see if you have sent that across to us yet? If you haven't please do that and we will get the correct shoes dispatched to you. Alternatively please send over your proof of postage to our help inbox and we will get this refunded for you. Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. When you send something back it takes longer than a week to process this, once we receive back the warehouse has 3-4 working days to process incoming returns then it comes up to us to issue a refund. Once we have issued a refund we email you to let you know. Please be aware refunds take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, help@danielfootwear.co.uk We hope to hear from you again soon. “I ordered and PayPal verified, then a few hours later you tell me they are out of stock!!! I don't understand how this can happen. I got a successful message then a confirmation email. Unless someone there wanted them and canceled mine so they can have them, that's the only explanation. Please make sure I get my refund asap. I don't wish to wait 4 days and shouldn't have to as its your fault!!!!”

“The reviews said was a good fit for slim legs, when item arrived it was really wide in the leg. Description needs to be clearer as although it said wide fit I thought this referred to the width of the actual foot which I prefer a wider fit across the foot. I then ended up paying £14 to post back for a pair of boots I only tried on, there should be free returns or cheaper options for returns. I wont buy online with you again for this reason”
