“I bought some beautiful black Ugg ankle boots. The ease of ordering and speed from time to order to receiving the goods was super quick! I also got a lovely hand written note thanking me for my purchase which was a very personal touch! Highly recommend and will buy from Daniel footwear again!”

“Ordering is easy and the service is efficient although I made the mistake of paying for priority delivery (within 48hrs) on a Friday when goods are not dispatched on a Friday! Perhaps that could be made a little clearer or maybe it was my haste. Either way be warned! The shoes did not disappoint. As always, fabulous quality, beautifully made and oh so comfortable.”

“I bought some Bailey Button Ugg Boots in the Black Friday sales. I had previously bought a pair from Daniel 6 years ago and after a lot of wear, I decided it was time to get a new pair. Daniel were still the cheapest place to buy them, in the sale I only paid £130! They are the same good quality as the other pair and definitely worth the money. The website was quick and easy to use and they were delivered quickly to my door. I’ve used Daniel a lot of the years and I 100% recommend them!”

“The shoes I ordered were good quality and excellent value in the sale. I was however disappointed with the time taken for them to arrive. My daughter had ordered the shoes for an interview and we arranged to have them delivered to our local branch. The website said delivery would be 2-4 working days. We ordered the shoes on a Saturday expecting them to arrive on the following Thursday or Friday at the latest. The shoes eventually arrived in store on the following Monday (9 days after they were ordered). My daughter had to rush to collect the shoes and go straight off to her interview which was not ideal and increased her stress levels.”

Hi Julia, I'm very sorry for the extra stress the late delivery caused, we do endeavor to delivery within 2-4 working days but occasionally it can be longer, which we try to keep to an absolute minimum. Regards Mark Customer Services
