“Ordered 2 items but they arrived on different days and invoice with first delivery made me believe the second item was not available Products are good Re online delivery- think of the customer who is trying to co- ordinate delivery arrangement, I really do want the order to arrive complete rather than on separate days”

“The fit flip boots I bought split at the seam after one wear. As I’m in Ireland the free return post doesn’t work. Painfully I have to register post back and wait for refund back. Clearly faulty product - no problem delivering but they could not pick up. Said the courier company would not pick up in Ireland- so time to find a new courier if u are interested in giving a good service. There are plenty other options if you were willing to put service ahead of process - try ringing any other courier To pick up.”

“Bought a Christmas present for the wife, a bag....not knowing much about bags called the customer services who were really helpful. Bag has arrived, good delivery. no idea if its a great bag, only the wife could say. but it looks a very nice bag! But can say they are easy and good to buy from.”

“I love love love my Scribble boots! I saw Dawn Ward wearing them on Instagram & loved them! My order arrived very quickly & I was impressed with how reasonable they were priced too. I’ve had loads of compliments & people asking me where I got them from. My friend then ordered a pair too! Great service & fabulous boots! I’ll definitely be ordering from here again as they have some gorgeous shoes on the website.”

“Ordered a pair of Michael Kors trainers in a size 38, which I assumed was EU sizing. Turns out this is IT sizing (whatever that is) so they were too big. This means all the Michael Kors footwear is only available in half sizes...... Had to return to the only store for miles so that it was free (even though it wasn’t my fault) and still waiting on my refund. Doubt I’d risk another purchase.”
