“I still have not received my order. I was contacted by FedEx that a commercial invoice was needed, and the invoice was not included by the retailer as it should have been. I had to fill out the commercial invoice as best I could. After that info was received, FedEx then had to send the order to the Fish and Wild Life Dept because the order contained animal fur. These issues need to be addressed and handled before making items available for shipment to the US.”

“Shoes are excellent quality and reasonably priced. I made a return at a shop in Muswell Hll recently and they took them back and refunded me promptly. Excellent customer service.”

“I am very happy with the help I received over the phone from customer services as I was having problems ordering the hand bag and was not able to order it on-line as there were technical problems at the time with the website. And I am very happy with my bag as it is very good quality and very functional also and a lovely colour.”

“i have bought online and in store. I recently bought a pair of trainers from the Alderley shop. I changed my mind and returned the trainers in original unworn condition but wasn’t allowed a refund,only a credit note. The shop assistant said if I’d purchased them online I could’ve got a refund????!!!! No brainer, I’m always buying online from now on.”

“I have made several online purchases. The choice of styles is huge and I always find shoes and boots I can’t live without! The merchandise always arrives in good time and very well presented.
