“ Placed order on 20th December and having a couple phone calls to get delivery status after that the order has been cancelled on 23rd December without explanation and with no alternative offered. ”

“ Ordered on the 3rd April 2020 still no sign of order. Got in contact with seller. Half helpful but still hasn’t solved the problem as to why my delivery hasn’t turned up. First time ordering and I won’t be ordering again that’s for sure. ”

“ Don't buy anything from Daniel Footwear. I initially thought the problem was the delivery company but on phoning to try and sort out where my boots were over two weeks after ordering!!!!!! Promised emails and return phonecalls never happened either. Very poorly managed company 16 days on and still no boots 😠 ”

“ Unfortunately there was a labelling issue where it was poorly attached to the parcel therefore it was failing to scan at the time of delivery. ”

“ Just a bit disappointed as the size I ordered didn’t fit so I had to return the two pairs I ordered which cane to £ 124.99 . I was charged £5 delivery as my order was 1p short !! Upon returning the items I was refunded £124.99 . Had I kept the two pairs , I wouldn’t have minded the delivery charge but feel a bit cheated that I paid for £5 . I think I will visit the store instead or buy from amazon in future . ”

“ The shoes I ordered were listed as grey but they are very much brown, not grey. They are quite a narrow fit so I would advise going a size up if you are on a half size. Delivery was quite quickly though. ”
