“ On the above basis, I am not sure I would order again from Daniel Footwear and would use a website that covers postage for both delivery and returns. ”

I have no issues with paying for delivery but when I have to pay almost £9 to return a pair of shoes tracked, that is just too much. Whether the shoes you purchase are full price or not I feel returns should be free. I’m not sure whether I will use your website again. ”
