Very disappointed on my first order. Placed order on 20th December and having a couple phone calls to get delivery status after that the order has been cancelled on 23rd December without explanation and with no alternative offered. I have been left without promised hand bag from Guess for my partner this Christmas. Better will stay with Amazon after this experience. Will never recommend and the last - I will never refer any friend for you ;)….. please do something and improve your customer service as ig was very embarrassing experience with your team!!!

Ordered some fab boots which unfortunately arrived damaged. I sent them back & emailed customer service to let them know. Response was very slow (but we are in a pandemic). After chasing up a few times, Ola kindly sent me a replacement pair which arrived really quickly. I love the boots but the slow/lack of customer response is not ideal & frustrating if you need to return something or ask a question.

Terrible customer service - I received a damaged pair of boots I have contacted customer service multiple times and also tried to speak with them via chat. No one has bothered to get back to me. Now I am left with broken boots. DO NOT BUY FROM!!

A Refund took 2 weeks on a pair of boots. I ordered a diffetent pair of knee length boots and paid but they didnt turn up only to find out after calling customer service that they only had an ODD PAIR left so they cancelled my order! No email to tell me, nothing! Bad company. Will never use again!

I bought two pairs of boots that were on sale, they were overknee boots but when I tried them on they did not look right. This made me disappointed but the worse was that I had to pay £13.60 to return each pair which cost me almost £28. It’s a lot of money just for a return service as a result I do not think that I will be ever buying anything from their online service.

Shoes arrived and soles on both scuffed indicating previous wear. Very disappointing so planned to return. Had to contact helpline to receive label to freepost. This service was efficient. Await refund.
Have purchased a lot of Daniel shoes in past as like the styles and are comfortable. Disappointed by my first attempt to buy online in the absence of any Daniel store here in N Ireland as local store has closed.

The processing of my order was efficient and I received it promptly and without issue. However, when I placed the order I also emailed the Customer Service department asking when/if an out of stock item might be available again. I didn't receive a response, which is very poor.

I ordered a Valentino bag, when it arrived it was scratched and the buckle was broken so the bag would not fasten. I sent the bag back on Monday and have still not received confirmation that Daniel Footwear have received the bag and no sign of the Money back yet
This is the first time I've felt the need to write a review but for a bag to be sent out damaged it's not showing a good service!

I am very disappointed with the service as I ordered my daughters school shoes from here they said they had them in stock and be with me on Wednesday. Wednesday came and I received an email saying that they didn't have them in stock.
