I was happy with the items ultimately and like the stock. I shop in Rojo often in Radlett. However, it was a shame to have been sent the wrong item and then a pain to have to get to a post office to send it back, especially when Daniel's had sent me the wrong item. To be honest, I am getting used to companies that pick up returns from your home address and found it annoying that I could not sort out a return without having to go to the Post Office, especially when the issue was no fault of my own but Daniels sending me the wrong thing.

Dear Natasha, Thank you for your positive rating, Apologies that you were sent the wrong scarf, i believe my colleague organised an exchange for you, which you should have now received, Occasionally, there are errors made in store when dispatching items, but we do work to rectify this as quickly as possible when it does happen, so as to try not to further the inconvenience to the customer. We used to use courier collections for customer returns, but we found that this inconvenienced customers as we were not able to book collection time slots, meaning the customer would have to wait in all day on occasions. This is why we moved away to the Royal Mail prepaid label. I will pass on your feedback about the returns procedure in the event of an error, and hopefully we will be able to develop a more customer-friendly method for the future, Kind Regards, Andrew Walker, Customer Service Team

The delivery company used; "City Link" was not at all efficient. My package was left with the neighbour without any notification. I wasted the whole day chasing this company and my neighbour. I was unable to wear the shoes when I wanted to.

I love my shoes and they arrived in good time. The shoebox was a little damaged but overall I was happy with my purchase :)

I have very narrow feet so unfortunately the sandal I ordered in the smallest size was just too big. ~good quality.

Unfortunately I had to contact Daniel Footwear because I had not received my shoes even though the payment had been made a week earlier. It transpired that the order had not been actioned or dispatched, in fact I was told that there was no record on the dispatch system. The query was dealt with promptly and efficiently and I received my shoes two days later. Another disappointment followed when I had to return the shoes as they did not fit comfortably. I once again telephoned the company expecting that they might send me a prepaid returns label. I was informed by a pleasant member of staff that sale items were not eligible for free returns. Something I had not noticed on the web site when ordering. Shame really, it would in some way have compensated for the error they had made initially. I had to pay £8 to return them via Royal mail.

Order processing was quick and reply on information request too. Very friendly and efficient. However it takes a while for the order to arrive, it's already 10 days now and I haven't received it yet.

I paid for next day delivery but only one item arrived however cost of delivery was promptly refunded so customer service very good items also packaged nicely

Shoes are great. But I wish you wouldn't use City Link. They are dreadful. They only call twice, they ignore your attempts to reschedule delivery , they are almost impossible to get through to on the phone and their "local" depot is a two hour round trip.

I like the website, the products are good quality and the bargains are good value. They could be clearer about the delivery options as I have had problems when trying to arrange a delivery to an alternative address due to not being at hime during the day. Flexible options to include a work address or delivery on weekends or at a pickup locker would be good.

Couldn't provide one of the items I purchased in the size I'd ordered so when I received an email I phoned contact number and left a message to try to order another size. No response from telephone call so had to re order and pay another postage to obtain change in size. Otherwise happy with service.
