“I purchased two pairs of shoes but sadly I did return...beautiful but a little too wide and high for me but on saying this it was an easy procedure and have been refunded...I thank you for your excellent service! Kind regards Sandra”

“On your website, it was not apparent to me (at least until "after" I had made my order) that I could get a 20% discount simply by entering the voucher code provided on the product page. Nevertheless, after payment of my order (without adding the voucher code), I contacted the Customer Services regarding the issue. Their response was quite positive - they applied the voucher code and issued a new bill for me with a 20 discount on the initial payment! Thank you very much for that! Overall, very good service!”
