“I would have scored 5 star only I didn't recieve a returns label with my order but this was rectified via telephone call.A very helpful male consultant emailed me with the paperwork .A bit of a nuisance but all ok.Quick return backed up with a confirmed refund email.I would use this site again but as just stated needed to return the item.”

“Really good service. I bought 2 pairs of Ash shoes and the wrong item was sent (high tops instead of shoes). My e-mail was answered promptly and I was sent a free returns label. Correct replacement was sent promptly upon return of incorrect item and I was kept updated throughout. Very impressed with customer service and only didn't score 5 stars due to dispatch error.”

“I ordered three pairs of shoes from the sale, two pairs were delivered the next day, which I thought was excellent service. However as the third pair did not arriver after a couple of days I contacted the help@Danielfootwear address, I received no response. I re-sent my message after a couple of days and still heard nothing, so I telephoned, I was told that the shoes that I had ordered were showing in stock at the time of order, however a stock take had been carried out and the shoes were no longer in stock. I should have been told this but was not, my money was refunded at this point, But I cannot help but question if I had not tried to find out what had happened I would not have been told that the shoes were out of stock and my money would not have been refunded.”

“Delivery was good. I have a problem with the size of the shoes, which I am trying to resolve with heel grips but may have to return the shoes. That will indicate quality of response. The shoes are beautiful quality.”
