“The shoes came through in the post within 3 or 4 days of delivery and were exactly what I wanted and fitted really well. I have been shopping at Daniel for a number of years and am always really pleased with what I have bought there. I would prefer to shop in a "shop" rather than online and I was really disappointed that the shop in Loughton was closed (and so suddenly). I hope they re-open another shop in the future.”

“I absolutely love love these shoes. They are the perfect fit, look great and super comfortable. And very well made. They are leather lined, which you don’t see often anymore even from the best brands. They’re well priced and delivery took just a couple of days from UK to US. This is my 2nd pair from Daniel footwear and once again it’s spot on. GET THEM NOW☺️👍🏾”

“Good range of shoes for all occasions, something a bit different from the high street can normally be found. Easy to order and quick delivery normally. Staff in the shop most local to me (Hale, Cheshire) have always been easy to talk to and accept / resolve returns professionally and nicely.”

“Amazing customer service, Rachel was lovely and went above and beyond to source a pair of boots I liked that were out of stock on the website. “Amazing company, i originally ordered my shoes from NeXt as i hadnt heard of Daniel and so believed next would be more reliable. They managed to send the wrong size shoes twice. I needed for a meeting the next day and phoned daniel the staff went out of their way to ensure i got my shoes the next day.cant thank them enough xxxx”
