“The customer service was excellent @ Daniels footware ..It was only the product i was upset about The UGG BOOTS the presentation in which i had received them in.But i contacted customer service & sent a replacement & they were fine as they were a Birthday present for my sisters 65th.But excellent service i received can not fault the service.”

“Very happy with my boots, even more happy with the service. The team bent over backwards to find out why my order had been delayed, which was down to paypal and not Daniel Footwear. Updated me every step of the way and were super quick to help me.”

“Ordered a pair of boots that were beautiful but sadly have had to return as to high for me and now awaiting refund but otherwise great service, good communication just sorry the boots were not right for me as very good quality and would recommend.”

“Shoes were fine but arrived a day later than I expected and also they were a birthday gift and the box was absolutely battered and taped up with brown tape to hide damage and they were only actually £20 cheaper in sale so very disappointed as actually made shoes look cheap which they actually weren’t and looked like I’d bought on local market so not happy”

“I purchased some shoes from Daniels foot ware and I wore them on the first day I received and I can honestly say they are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes. Not only have I got some height due to the wedge style they are like wearing slippers. Best pair of shoes purchased in a long time. Thank you gold star”
