“It is was quite difficult to review these shoes. They are extremely stylish and comfortable. I am however extremely disappointed that after one wear the soles at the toe point came away and the soles themselves were very worn and so had to take them to be repaired at a cost of £12.50. If they had not been so comfortable I would have returned them. If I had known this review option would be available I would have taken a photo.”

“The shoes fitted beautifully and are well made . The only problem being I was sent the wrong colour and had to return them. Now waiting for the replacements , hopefully they will arrive shortly.”

“I would have given one star had it not been for the customer service I received from Blue, my first Time ordering with Daniel footwear and wasn't the best experience, I chose this company as the prices were very good for the item I required, paid extra for postage so they would be delivered by end of the week, received no communication as to the progress of my order at all after 3 days I contacted to find out the whereabouts of my order, the only saving grace was dealing with someone who for once is in the right job, Blue dealt with my query quickly and professionally, and it is based on this solely that I would consider purchasing from Daniel footwear again. The flip flops are great aswell. Delivery and order progress updates need working on!!!!”

“Ordered 2 pairs of size 7, unfortunately I could tell as soon as I took them out the box that they were the wrong size. Couldn't even get my feet in them. However, the shoes were so lovely my daughter, who wears a size 5 kept a pair.”

“Shoes arrived in perfect condition - service was efficient and fast. Just a shame they didn't take any notice of the size I ordered - ordered 41 they sent 42!! Fit flop say to order a size larger than you are which I am assuming this is why they sent a size larger - but what they don't take into consideration is I already have had 3 pairs of these and I know what size I am and what size I ordered!! They are a little to big and long and I know they stretch. I will give them the benefit of doubt - I just hope I don't break an ankle as they are loose but very comfortable.”

“Bought DKNY Kayle bag which is beautiful however it clearly states that the bag is WHITE & but clearly is not! It says on the tag that's it's eggshell which is a light ivory cream colour. I kept the bag as I do like it & the colour but disappointed that the bag wasn't white.”
