“The sizing chart was inaccurate or I was sent the wrong sizes for two pairs of shoes and one of those two pairs was also the wrong color. No one is helping me get them returned. It’s been a week of me trying to figure it out.”

Good Afternoon, I have just had a look into this and can see you first made contact with us on 16th October regarding these issues. My colleagues have been responding to you over the last 2 days. Unfortunately it is a fit issue as you have been sent the correct sizes. With regards to the wrong colour we are still waiting for confirmation from yourself as to what colour you have received. “I paid extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive next day and when I enquired I told that there was an issue with dhl. This to me is not an acceptable response and I feel I should have been offer a small refund of the extra I paid for next day. Constructively, in today’s market place customers expect free and simple returns process for online purchase rather than having to visit the post office and pay - most consumers don’t have time for this. I would hesitate ordering from Daniel again due to the inconvenience of returns. The shoes were lovely and beautifully packaged, I just decided they were not my style.”

“Products look lovely on the website but the reality is very different. One handbag came with the chain handle completely twisted and could not be straightened and one came so badly packed that the leather was creased and could not be smoothed out. Too expensive for that quality so they were returned. Very disappointing.”

“Not happy with the no refund policy. I’d bought some shoes from Alderley, took them home to try with some trousers,they weren’t right so I took them back. I could only have a credit note which is rubbish. One of the shoes hadn’t even come out of the box. I was informed there’s a note by the till stating no refunds. I didn’t see it, it would be nice if they informed you of this when you buy them. I’ve informed everyone I know.”

“My purchase of fitflop Fifi knee length boots arrived extremely quickly, well packaged. Extremely good service from store and head office when I rang for information. Marked down a star only because the boots are quite short of the knee and not very generous in the calf. I am interested in the naomi all leather boots but feel that I would not get them on my calf's (17") Anyone with slightly bigger calf's would not get these on. I have kept them because of the comfort of fitflop soles and hope that they will last, they do feel a bit thin on the leather and do not look or feel like £160 boots.”
