“It’s the first time I’ve ordered off this site and with me I’m usually dubious with first time purchases but I had nothing to worry about, I was first not sure if my order had gone through so I emailed Daniel Footwear and they got back to me quickly and my ugg boots came on time and I also got a discount on them . I am very pleased with the boots and the website, very efficient Thank you”

“First pair of boots arrived promptly but unfortunately were faulty. However the customer service team were extremely helpful and a replacement pair was received within a few days. Just love my new boots and looking forward to their first outing next weekend!😊”

“2nd attempt at ordering from you and 2nd time I didn’t get the order as expected. 1st time I paid for next day deliver and it wasn’t sent out on time so wasn’t going to be delivered til the following week which was after the occasion I needed them for 2nd time I ordered and paid for two pairs of Manas boots, one pair I was then told was out of stock (despite me ordering and paying for it) 2nd pair arrive and although they fit and are comfortable they are a different brand to what was advertised. Just not good enough!!”

“Excellent company i have ordered from them quite a lot recently. Orders are tracked and you are kept informed all the way through the process their customer service is great and i found returns to be promptly dealt with and refunded. I would recommend.”
