“They didn't test my sample for 4 days. On fifth day it was inconclusive.
I took one pcr test on Friday 08.10.21 because I wanted to be sure before flying to see my 99 and 93 year old grandparents. It is not a legal requirement for me to take a covid test before flying because I am vaccinated. I flew on Sunday 10.10.21 and my result still had not arrived. The sample was only tested at 7pm on 12.10.21. This is four days after the sample was taken .I received the result on Wednesday morning 13.10.21, five days after I'd done my sample. My sample was collected on Friday.
When my result eventually arrived five days later, it was inconclusive. I'd been about to see my very elderly Grandparents. It caused a huge amount of worry and inconvenience.Therefore I had to pay £90 for another PCR test in Germany.
I asked Dante for more information and when I'd get the result retaken. No one replied except an automatic apology response that ignored my questions. Therefore I had to pay £90 for a PCR test and isolate until I got the result. I could not see my Grandparents and it was a huge amount of stress for me and my family who have disabilities.
The result of the second German PCR was negative. The original sample was retested by Dante lab and was negative at 3pm 14.10.21. I got my correct result 7 days after I took the test and during that time severe stress, expense and inconvenience as well as ruining my seeing family. I was there due to a death in the family and it was already very stressful. I had not seen them on three years and this situation was completely avoidable.
Do not use them. They took five days to get my result and it was inconclusive presumably because it took so long. Shocked.”
“Waiting for a response and refund since May 2021 from Dante Labs.
They failed to deliver my Day 2 and 8 Tests on time, despite my ordering them a month early. I had to purchase a second set of tests from another supplier.
They have never responded to any emails and no refund has been forthcoming from them. My bank has challenged the charge and i am awaiting a final outcome. Last communication fro. My bank indicated that Dante Labs were challenging their action. Unbelievable.
So here we are today with them in the news and surprise surprise Immensa Labs has incorrectly reported 43,000 pcr test results. Immensa Labs is owned by Dante Labs!!
So if you are reading this their testing service at Immensa Labs has been suspended while they are investigated BUT THEY ARE STILL SELLING TESTS VIA THEIR WEBSITE TODAY.

“Ordered day 2 tests for myself and my partner. They arrived before we went on holiday. We went to do the test yesterday and could not register them. Also one of the kits had a swab missing. People pay the test to be prompt on the result and buy the test to release to get out from quarantine early ,you don t even bother to answers the email on time and you don t give the result on time. One member of family you hold it in the house as you don t give one time the result on day 5 .

“I’ve had to request to be compensated for having to rebook a PCR test elsewhere, along with a new outgoing flight, airport transfer, airport parking and additional petrol cost for my return journey home from airport as I was refused entry to board my flight as test result NOT received as promised that has caused my close friend to travel alone on a holiday we booked over 2 years ago!”
