“Fantastic service - especially the handover service. For me the communication during the proposed delivery date and the actual delivery date was addressed with the Assistant Sales Manager. Nothing was ever too much trouble whenever we phoned with enquires. Would buy from Dave Benson again”

“We are so impressed with the service we have received from the team at DBC Caravans. From the time we decided on a new van and until handover, everyone we have dealt with have been so friendly, helpful and understanding, particularly during the lengthy claim period for our previous van. “Our experience with Dave Benson has been a great journey to getting our new caravan. Shaun was great at helping us with our purchase. He never put any pressure on us and would always get an answer for our questions. Andrew who helped with the hand over and the explanation of how everything worked was great. Looking forward to getting out and enjoying our new Essential C-Class Van.”

“Our experience in finding our perfect caravan through Dave Bensons Caravan was awesome. “Happy with service all aspects covered in detail plenty of time did not feel rushed Overall very happy with service staff Concerned annex order progress was delayed until delivery which delayed delivery”
