“beautiful piece! easy to pack and clean with one hand and the free grinder special was amazing! the vapor is so smooth and since the piece is metal, my clumsy butt is less likely to break it! literally cannot say enough good things about it.”

“You charged me almost 20$ for shipping and it wasn’t even bubble wrapped. Literally the glass pieces were smashed up against the side of the wall of the box, with wrapping paper balled up in the center. Absolutely pathetic shipping. The shipping cost more than the dumb glass item I needed. 0/10 would not recommend, customer service between this and refusing to honor the warranty on another device. I run a medical marijuana card office and will be steering my patients away from this company if this is how you treat them.”

“I have had the Davinci for a few weeks now and I’ve had a great time with it so far. The temperature control is excellent and the adjustability is amazing! I can set it exactly how I like and with the app I can review what worked best.”

“Courier refused to deliver because I objected to him taking a picture of my Driver's License. He stated it was required. I have two emails to DaVinci customer support to resolve this issue that have not been responded to. I did and can produce identification but I never allow a digital copy or photograph to be taken of my private confidential personally identifying information.”

“After a bit of trouble I settled on the iq2. finally got air moving and have HUGE clouds. I bought the micro c as well but I get no big hits. Any way the iq2 is now my permanent favorite!”

“False advertising. Do not plan to use the app; it’s no longer supported for iOS. The device is not user friendly, is inefficient when the bowl isn’t fully packed, and has poor pull despite air flow dial. Very disappointing for the price.”

“I ordered & recieved one of the new IQ3 units. What a great device! I also own a IQ2 & IQ2 Carbon, both great units but the IQ3 addresses the few shortcomings of the earlier versions. The larger battery, extended session time, faster heat up time, cool core and additional vent holes in the oven chamber really do put the IQ3 in a class all its own! I use the stainless dose pods to help keep the oven clean and aids in quick reloads when fishing or other activities. Thanks for the great products Davinci!!! I'll always be one of your biggest (and maybe oldest @ 75) fans! Keep up the great work.”
