BS I ordered a different Davinci Vape from Planet of the Vapes and received 3 separate orders from them in the month of January alone. Simply put do better at delivering your own product no reason someone else can sell and deliver your Davinci branded products in literally no time and you can't. I will NEVER buy directly from you again and there isn't enough you can do to change my mind. Forever a lost customer!”

Tracking and updates were vague and inaccurate.
I was told there would be an update prior to delivery. Nope. The item just showed up w/o advance notice.
I was told that an adult would need to sign up on delivery. Nope!
Customer service answered my first email promptly, but only to tell me to be patient.
My next email went unanswered.
I was sent a request to write a review before the device arrived!
I sent the review request to CS, and there was no response. I explained that I would have to have the device to properly review it.
The device has only been around for about ten days, so I can't yet speak to durability.
Charging times and battery use seem fine.”
“Customer service is non-existent. There is no one to talk to about a problem. I have been patient and have sent 4 emails about a registered vaporizer. Are you hiding from your customers? I have a vaporizer that does not work.”

I was told that this type of purchase normally takes a few weeks to arrive. Does not make sense since I received a similar product from a competitor within days of ordering.
