So far very satisfied with the Vape but, the whole process with the App is rediculous. In this age where every high school student can build a workable web site or App you'd think for the price they could spend the money to do it right. Amazon built their wholee business on CUSTOMER SERVICE. You'd think any company wanting a bigger market share would realize that by now.

Amazing device. Better than any other I have tried. The IQC has a problem though, the pear will break off sooner than later, so buy extras if they are ever in stock, and good luck with that.

It’s a battery. Does battery things. There are better batteries that are cheaper.

I bought this early for my husband who has asthma and emphysema and the doctor has told him that the fire is not good for his lungs so we got this because of no heat and it has worked maybe a month and then quit‼️we followed all the instructions! I told him to make sure it did not run completely down. we have now bought this and it does not work and you won’t guarantee it because we didn’t open it till Christmas!! so what are you going to do for support? Thank you we have reached out to you already he has more than once and I have please do something about this? Tried to upload other photos & could not.

It's great at cooling the vapor down as advertised it just takes getting used to cleaning it you must clean it alot . I wish the inside where the cartridge goes was all porcelain or ceramic something easier to clean. Especially the bottom where the vapor bends up the cooling tube.

Too complicated for ius old stoned folks!! The one I got from you 15 years ago was very simple and lasted forever. It quit awhile back so I got a new one but now the old one has started working again and I went back to it. You need a phone help line. Stay safe

I bought my third IQ, the IQ3. The IQ3 is a major step up in the series. I upgraded for the increased battery life, increased draw, bigger chamber, and because I want to move all my devices to USB-C. This is a quality product. They listen to their customers.

The new iq3 is absolutely wonderful. I had an IQ and it still works to this day. Edgard was wonderful in getting all of my issues resolved. Thank you so much for making a good product!

The shipping process was pretty terrible. Sent back to Davinci the first time due to “incomplete address” which was later confirmed as correct. The second reshipment was then delayed again. Consider using a better shipping partner.

We bought the davinci IQ3 and didn't like it for how much we spend. After trying to engage customer service through multiple channels to return the product, we have not received a response to the many emails or the form submitted, though we have received several ad emails since. We weren't impressed by the product but spent hundreds on it as a gift so to have absolutely no customer service is completely unacceptable and adds to an overall terrible experience. Buyer beware - if you dont like this product you won't be able to return it. Customer service is a black hole with no response. Do not trust.

I’m giving it before out of five instead of five out five. Absolutely love the vape. The construction is next level. However, it’s not the most user-friendly unit. This is my first dry herb vaporizer. And I haven’t quite figured out how the app works how the pre-programmed settings work, etc.. I wish there was more info available. I’ve watched some short videos, but they were not the most informative. I’m sure I will get it figured out eventually I’ve only had it for about a week and once I figure out the features a little better I will be glad to come back and give us a five out of five. So far great product I just turned it on and go with the pre-program setting. I absolutely love the terp. flavors I get from this. and again, very impressed with the construction.

I’ve been using Davinci products since the Ascent came out. The IQ is the best vape I’ve ever used. I have two that I received as gifts. The IQC is pretty good, the oven in the IQ is much better. With the IQC you have to vape at full power to get a good hit. I have had to get it replaced 3 times so far, but the folks at Davinci have been great about replacing them. A little inconvenient but they always come through. I would highly recommend their products to anyone. Customer service is always a pleasure to deal with, especially Edgard.
