“This is my first quality dry vape (2nd total and only used the other 2 weeks) but this is an amazing product. Easy to clean (will have to do ofelten for best results) simple to use (doing the basic turn in and smoke) or use the programmed ones but find the right temp and it’s smooth smoking. It is a lil heavy but normal for a vape I think but it looks great. Make sure you read read read everything educate yourself. Ordering was difficult being you don’t know what you really need (accessories) and being there is min communication (via email) I did order things the rep said was for the IQ3 and I wasted some money cause they are in fact for the older IQ vapes (even though I asked first) also know they can not change an order for any reason but overall I am amazed how great this is. I went from 5-6 2g blunts a day to about 2-3g a day and the effects are fu**ing great and last longer you get more of the full potential of your 💨. Highly recommend the IQ3.”

“I have 2 now the2nd one stopped working after 1 week but Davinci sent me a new one right away cust service A#1 and I also bought a number of accessories love them all built with quality!!!!!! The only problem I have is you been out of stock understand it's still pods and I I'm not being able to get them and I only have 1 that is a problem other than that I love DaVinci I tell all my friends about you!!!!❤️🩵💙”

“I’ve only used it for a few days. I don’t get big vapes. I probably need to just get the grinding and packing right. Very well built. Seems easy to clean. My Pac does blow great clouds. Hopefully this will catch up”

“I’ve been a Davinci vape owner for years and will continue to be one for many more. I’ve been very happy with both the unit and the customer service from the company. I’ve had a couple problems but they’ve all been resolved. Great product!”

“i received a IQC as a gift about 3 years ago. I did not register for the warranty. It died last week and so since I was satisfied that it is a good product with a solid design I ordered another. I will register the warranty this time. If somebody with Davinci reads this please reach out to me via email as I would like to know if my original IQC is fixable. Thank you. I have nothing negative to pass along to any potential buyers. Every purchase is a gamble and I choose to gamble.”

“i love my new bong!!! the glass is thick so it feels durable. i love that it not only comes apart easily for a good cleaning but you can also put the base in the fridge without taking up a ton of room. and you can put ice cubes directly in the base. and the mouth piece is wide enough that you can put NORMAL SIZED ICE CUBES in it!!! 🤩 and my package came with candyyyyy. i love prism.”

“I am excited to try out my Davinci Artiq. Sadly, delivery time is insanely long, and I have not yet received it (almost 2 weeks). Outside of that, I've had Davinci products previously, and they are good quality and durable.”

“Davinci makes good stuff. I will continue to purchase from Davinci in the future. The packaging is slick. Customer service is hit or miss. One of my issues was addressed promptly, the other was never acknowledged. It all worked out in the end though.”

“This was a 5-star vape for me, but definitely not everyone, especially not regular smokers. I live in a country where weed is extremely illegal and therefore can only smoke once a year when I visit the US. I'm a real lightweight when it comes to smoking, and considering how strong stuff is nowadays, I could only probably take one hit from a joint, which would be a waste. I like micro-dosing with weed, so I usually go with liquid vapes, but I had a magic launch box back in the day and missed vaping with flower. Honestly, this vape took some time getting used to and it isn't exactly clear how to use it based on the instruction manual (for example, I thought the device would cycle through all three temperature settings during it's 5-min runtime, but it doesn't). Having experience with the magic launch box, I was already familiar with having to take smaller, sipping hits in order to maintain the temperature of the chamber, however I would suspect this would be very challenging to do for people without experience. The build quality is really good, and since I was only using it at home, I had no issue with the small batteries. For me, it fit my needs perfectly and I was very happy with the device, however, if I was a regular smoker, especially with a high tolerance, I would not recommend this device.”

“beautiful piece! easy to pack and clean with one hand and the free grinder special was amazing! the vapor is so smooth and since the piece is metal, my clumsy butt is less likely to break it! literally cannot say enough good things about it.”

“You charged me almost 20$ for shipping and it wasn’t even bubble wrapped. Literally the glass pieces were smashed up against the side of the wall of the box, with wrapping paper balled up in the center. Absolutely pathetic shipping. The shipping cost more than the dumb glass item I needed. 0/10 would not recommend, customer service between this and refusing to honor the warranty on another device. I run a medical marijuana card office and will be steering my patients away from this company if this is how you treat them.”
