“Ordered the ARTIQ in January, it's now March and I'm still waiting! I put in a customer service inquiry over a week ago, still no response. UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR!!!”

“I've owned a Davinci Vape for years now. I've had to buy a few replacements but I love this vape and will always (hopefully) have a working one available at home. I have a picture of 6 vapes in my drawer but can't attach it to this email. I think they're all different colors too. I've been a happy customer for awhile. A few of the vapes your company replaced due to the warranty of the vape and the other few are ones I've purchased.”

“Love this product. Consistent experience and very heavy duty. The new airflow system really works to cool the vapor and is so easy to adjust on the fly. Bought this to replace one I had for about 5 years. This is tops in terms of dry herb vaporizers on the market today”

“This is my second device within a week. Iam very disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone. Everything about it is terrible accept for the size. I like the portability. Why does it have a 5 year warranty? I don't want a new one every week. You should advertise these as disposable vapes. Battery life poor, vape quality poor. Taste is ok. You guys should just maybe make glorified lighters. Oh you already have, but my bic works better than you're device. Do better. Good bye.”

“Placed an order for a vape before Christmas, and still haven't received it. They have my money, and I've tried contacting multiple times with no reply. I'm about to report it as fraud and have the charges contested. Good products, but customer service is literally invisible.”

“I still havent recieved my order and its been 2 months do not buy from this company, it's not worth the hassel. I go weeks with no responses to my emails and they keep making empty promises (lies) that the tracking will be updated soon and guess what...nothing still and its been almost 3 weeks since they said that.”

“Worked great at first, but after a week a small crack is in the ceramic and it is not the seam. The battery door seems to be a little loose and causes some issues with getting it to turn on. Overall does not seem durable. They say they have a 5 year warranty but I can’t reach them I have tried several times.”

“I am very unhappy with the CARA Groove I purchased. The manual is very brief & I wasn't able to find anything helpful on the internet. I doesn't seem to charge anymore & appears it is only good for one toke before it has to be refilled. It only worked for me once & it's impossible to tell if it is on or off.”

“I think it’s just not me. It’s nice and works great for weed. I don’t recommend using concentrates. It says it is for both but I cannot find a way to use the concentrates. I got the exact kit and every thing.”

“I have not received my package from UsPs and they said it was dropped off at the front door/ porch. I am trying to file a claim but the server is down or it tells me to try back later. I even walked in the office and was told to file online only. Takes 3-4 weeks by mail to get a response I can’t understand why it’s so difficult.”

“Inaccurate product description which prompted me to send the item back. The product was a supposed to be a gift which by the way got here almost a month late. They said I can refuse to accept it from the shipping company who would be knocking on my door and getting my signature given that this is an age-restricted item... the carrier never rang and just left the item at my door two months ago. It's been two months that I've been contacting Davinci to arrange to return the so far intact item but no one is getting back to me. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these people. If the website is poorly created, delivery is not on time, and customer service is so disastrous, they might as well go home!”
