“I have two Davinci Vaporizers. They are possibly the best vaporizer out there. Let me explain - First, they are efficient at their job. Second, they are durable and their warranty proves it. “I didn't received what i needed most of all in the packet ,the ( rubber gaskets ) for my miqro only the flat piece .please send me somes gaskets only i so need dearly. “My new vape is not connecting to the battery properly. When I use the vape, it indicates no power in battery and shuts down. When I check the charge on the battery it is at 85%. I sent in an email, but have heard nothiny.”

“I purchased the Miqro C and the Accessory Kit. I had the original Miqro for four years prior until it no longer would heat up (it went through its cycle, but the oven never actually got hot. I use the Miqro heavily as I am an all day user, so I think four years is plenty to expect. Well worth the $99.00. The updated Miqro C works just the same with just a few exceptions, such as better indicator lights. I don't miss boost mode, as that killed the battery fast. Overall the battery usage is pretty good, plus it's replaceable when the battery begins to fail. I typically ran a cycle and a half per session, as the 5 minutes wasn't quite enough. It's not good for sharing, as it is a microdosing machine, hence the name, I think. I also purchased the accessory kit. In it, there is a silicone sleeve for the machine, which is nice to have as the vaporizer gets kind of hot. Plus it looks pretty cool. It also contained the microdose pods and grinder. It took me some getting used to. I had to pack the pods much tighter than I expected to get a good flow, good flavor and a nice cloud at the end. All the tools necessary to keep the Miqro clean and easy to use are included. The pod holder is also nice, as the pods are small and I imagine easy to lose if they are just floating around (I live in outer space) loose. Overall, I would say that this is the best vaporizer for the money that I have tried. I've had a few others, some of which cost more than twice as much (of course), and the experience is as good if not better, especially if you are into microsing. It's a good enough vaporizer that I bought two!”

“Do not get a DaVinci.vaporizer!! It is so not worth the expense! The batteries do not last. I just ordered two batteries and neither of them work!!! They are fully charged and do not work!”

“In regards to the "Dual Use Carrying Can" I ordered in this order. I will just say, charging folks for an item that most companies give away at trade shows and event advertising is one thing, I get that the bottom line is profit, and operating below cost is detrimental to business, but I would at least expect that your NAME is spelled correctly.”

“The MIQRO C is difficult to use mainly because of the inadequate instruction booklet. There is no instruction to remove the plastic battery cover that cannot be seen below the battery lid. Also, the instructions say to press the button once to find the battery level, and 3x for scroll thru the vapor path, but never state that the device should be turned on first. There is a separate mouthpiece that must be put onto the device for use, because without it the device is almost unusable. The vapor tubes are small and black and impossible to tell by sight whether they are clean or dirty. Having been spoiled by the simplicity, glass tubes, and single press button of the original DaVince Ascent, i find that this device does not compare well.”

“Customer service response time for questions/concerns/issues could be quicker if "Davinci" had the brilliant insight of hiring and staffing [a] living human being(s) at their office to answer DIRECT phone calls. It is not practical, intelligent or possible to run a well functioning business through robots and AI. Even a live chat room is not available! We want REAL PEOPLE and we want them IMMEDIATELY if we need to interact with Davinci. A 24 hour wait for an email response is NOT SATISFACTORY. You must in the blame the owner of the company for sliding down this slippery path of failure. Once starting an email conversation, there tends to be fairly good service, but this is not enough of a good business practice to retain customers. I blame the OWNER, not the employees who are courteous and kind.”

“Works great , haptic feedback while taking a draw is good, some carts are very smooth and you don't know if it's hitting or not. A little big but it protects the cart well so that's a plus. Definitely recommend this 5/5”

“Where Have You Been Hiding?! I have used many vape cartridges and all of them eventually failed. This Davinci Artiq Cartridge Vaporizer is a dream come true. Placing the inside gives you nice and flavorful experiences. It is the most stable Cartridge device I have ever used.”

“Arrow is nearly flawless except that one huge flaw. I love the single button design but placing the button on the bottom makes no sense to me at all. You can’t use the carb feature without using two hands which makes it useless. The rest of the unit is beautiful. Looks good, works great, and is discreet. I say there is some cooling off the vape despite some people doubting the claim.”
