Non existent customer service! Literally, there's absolutely NO customer service. Purchased a vaporizer and it's defective. I've submitted four messages. None have received a response. There's no other contact available. Will never purchase from them or their merch. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!

I have learned that the pod inserts work very good for effective micro dosing and to greatly save on amount herb used.

Would love to review this but I still have not received the vape and I ordered it on 1/6/24. Tracking hasn't been updated in over a week. Will update my review if I ever do receive it. Edit: Received after 4 weeks. Vape is great, delivery leaves something to be desired.

Worked well enough for a handful of months, stoped working and battery replacements didn't help, customer support has been very slim and dismissive and contact has been minimal and takes ages to get replies.

Terrible customer service! Not a great product. I have had the IQC for 8 days now. Immediately after opening the package I charged it and started using it. The device only holds a charge for 2 1/2 sessions...that's only 24 minutes of use!!! Then it shuts off and flashes low battery!!!! I immediately wrote them a email, waited two days with no response and wrote another email....STILL NO RESPONSE! The return policy doesn't matter if they NEVER contact you back! I will never purchase a vape from this company again... I wrote them 2 emails asking for a replacement battery to see if that was the problem and NO RESPONSE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE THIEVES! I'm out $140 dollars and my vapes is in the trash can!

I have the micro c and it not good. They say to pack the bowl, but it's so hard to get a hit off it, and when you do get a hit it's very light.

I would love to write a review of this product but you haven't sent it to me. I ordered it a week ago, I can't imagine how this small product could not have been put in a box and sent to me by now. I also don't understand why the 2 emails I've sent you about this have gone unanswered. If you won't do anything; at least I can let other people know how unreliable your customer service is.

Bought 3 vaporizers from them. None have lived up to their warranty. Tried the warranty process with one and they “serviced” the machine and it came back not working still. Like fools we bought a more expensive one. 6 months in and it doesn’t work, doesn’t read batteries etc.

Product never arrived and company is completely non-responsive. They say they have to ship their product by special carriers but tracking numbers don’t work. Repeated messages to customer service through various channels get no reply. Seems like a scam to me! Would not recommend!

Only used the microC 20 times and the battery wouldn’t hold a charge, so I bought another one and it seems the battery vaporizer is shorting out and will no longer work. I’ve submitted a support ticket and almost 2 weeks with no response. Do not buy from Davinci!

I've enjoyed DaVinci vaporizers and the newest Artiq for some time now. I've found them to be reliable and very well designed. The Artiq delivers on the promise to provide a cooler draw than the standard 510 stick batteries.

The product was great. BUT there was NO COMUNICATION from davinci. Emailed multiple times each week and I never received a tracking number or anything. Never was notified when it was shipped or being delivered. It just showed up on my doorstep one day. The vape was in great condition and I’d recommend the product itself but this company doesn’t communicate whatsoever so expect that. Also it took a little over a month to receive my product.

I purchased a limited edition carbon fiber dry herb vape and downloaded the app. Unfortunately I’m having difficulty loading my IQ2 on the app so I can properly use it. So I reached out to support, first by using the QR code on the carbon fiber credit card you provided but it stated that website is no longer available, I then called the 800 number to speak to support and the message there was to send an email and someone would assist. After leaving an email as instructed, many days later......I STILL haven’t heard back from anyone in support from Davinchi, so I went and purchased a G-Pen dry herb vape and I couldn’t be happier. Please have someone reach out to me so I can use my $500 Otherwise I’m going to return it and be the best customer for your competitors. Do the right thing and have someone call me....you have all my contact information.....

Not happy at all. Just unpacked it, removed the sticker that was on the battery and guess what. Battery door does not lock. looked on internet KNOWN problem. guess I should have researched a little more before purchasing.

Love Davinci vapes but my IQ2 broke and despite having a 10 year warranty, I couldn’t get them to reply to stand behind the warranty. Gave up trying to get the IQ2 fixed so I went ahead and bought an IQC. Love it.

Horrible delivery service simply no excuse! I purchased and Artiq Vape on December 27, 2023 and as of January 23, 2024 I still don't have it. They said because of third party. BS I ordered a different Davinci Vape from Planet of the Vapes and received 3 separate orders from them in the month of January alone. Actually received not some excuse as to third party and logistics. Simply put do better at delivering your own product no reason someone else can sell and deliver your Davinci branded products in literally no time and you can't. I will NEVER buy directly from you again and there isn't enough you can do to change my mind. Forever a lost customer!
