I am very disapointed it has not worked from day 1 act 1. I asked for a return within 14 days. Customer service helpful but slow. Now please let me return the item that never worked.

I use the Miqro C. Love the smooth, flowerty taste of the vapor. No burned taste ever.

Very easy to use, discrete, and I appreciate anything that minimizes health concerns, so the 90% extended cooling chamber is great combined with solventless extracts.

Have the old Micro vaporizer and it is much better quality than what is sold today. It works but the options are alot less and more plastic then metal. Wouldn't suggest the Micro C in al honesty but they gave a decent t military discount.

Stopped working after 2 weeks while fully charged it beeps red wasn’t sure if there’s a connection problem at the base of the cartridge

Sturdy, sleek, clean, odorless, discrete - my daily travel companion when out and about. Reasonably priced and easy to use. I bought the dosing pods for simple cleanup and reload. I have had the setup for about a year and am very pleased with my DaVinci IQ-C vaporizer.

The product, as with all Davinci products that I have previously purchased, are of exceptional quality. Shipping was another matter. In my opinion, shipping left a lot to be desired. In the shipping of my new Artiq. I knew of the stringent requirements on receiving the unit, however, it took 2 weeks after it seemed to be in the shippers posesion before it even left the gate and I finaly received an update. Package was in good condition when it was dropped at the door, no signature required.

I am impressed by the IQ2 that I purchased last year. Easy to clean and easy to operate. I have been using vaporizers for over 10 years and have tried a few of the popular styles as they became available. My last previous unit was a temperature controlled device which was awesome with the exception of it being too bulky to take places with me as well as loading flower in and cleaning it out was a chore. Last year I saw an ad for DaVinci and had to take a peak. Compact, easy to use and adjust, super easy to clean, little pods that make it a breeze to swap out doses of flower and a case to keep the pods stored in for on the go enjoyment. I had a slight problem with the charging port and sent in a request for repair and got a response to send it in. I shipped it priority and had a new unit shipped to me within a week without any issues Customer service is awesome as is their product line. For anyone on the fence about getting any of their products, don't hesitate. Vaping flower is healthier than smoke and the flavor is like having a fresh IPA beer vs drinking a glass of bong water. If dabs are you thing then this IQ2 is for you. The health benefits of vaping versus smoke are too many to type out plus you won't smell like a stoner and no one will know. Yes, that is the Rocky Mountains behind my IQ2. A true Rocky Mountain High but Montana style. You might think these are spendy but they are so worth it.

Purchased the iq2 and it was amazing for a few months until it stopped taking charge. After filing a claim with CS during a peak period it took days for a response and months to finally get another unit. Thankfully I wasn't pressed on timing but others would have an issue. Overall the interactions were simple just took a lot of time for a resolution. Overall I will continue to purchase due to the warranty and quality of the product. Great charging, easy clean up nice size

Worked for a few days. I've been talking to davinci customer service for almost 2 months without success in solving the issue. very irritating. da vinci also takes so long to respond. I figure this is a rare situation considering the overwhelming positive reviews, but my experience has been quite negative and i wish i had gone with pax now, unfortunately.

Ordered the ARTIQ in January, it's now March and I'm still waiting! I put in a customer service inquiry over a week ago, still no response. UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR!!!

I've owned a Davinci Vape for years now. I've had to buy a few replacements but I love this vape and will always (hopefully) have a working one available at home. I have a picture of 6 vapes in my drawer but can't attach it to this email. I think they're all different colors too. I've been a happy customer for awhile. A few of the vapes your company replaced due to the warranty of the vape and the other few are ones I've purchased.
