“Received vape. Device wouldn’t charge and so could not power on. I wrote emails to their support twice (not possible to call) and received no response. I then wrote them to return the device to receive a refund and again received no response. I finally had to call my credit card company and have the payment reversed. I do own an older vape from Davinci that I am pleased with.”
“Placed order over 3 weeks ago, I have received no communication or confirmation of shipment. This is not an inexpensive purchase and to handle in this manner is disappointing.”
“Awful experience. I will never purchase a vape pen from this company again. The order was placed November 3. Finally, today (November 21), the tracking information shows that the device "shipped from fulfillment gateway". Getting responses from customer service about status was extremely slow and as of today, Tuesday, November 21, I have not received a response to my follow up inquiry over the weekend. There is no phone number to reach a live agent. Horrible customer experience. I don't care about new regulations and shipping challenges. DaVinci needs to streamline the process and ship the product much faster than 2 weeks. There is no reasonable excuse for a product to ship more than 2 weeks after the order was placed. Ridiculous!”

“So it’s my first DaVinci and I watched so many videos on how to use it and did my research so I am doing everything right, but I still cannot get mine to work even half as well as my other vapes that I owned. I really wanted to like it, but it’s a joke - my weed does not even get brown - this thing cannot heat up enough to burn the weed! I will give it 1 star for beautiful and smart design, but it just doesn’t do the only thing it needs to do - burn weed and produce smoke. Maybe it’s just defective but anyways it’s been 3 days and it just feels like a waste of $100. Sorry for a bad review, but my Ooze vape for $80 was just 100 times better and stronger.”

I bought the Ascend 6 years ago. What a great simple tool. Not complicated. Temp control, did what was needed. But, after 6 years of use, the temp controls couldn’t stay at temp and battery life was close to zero. So, it was time to buy another.
The new IQ2 I bought last week is a technical challenge and to fu-fu for my liking. I’m not interested in Bluetooth connectivity. Which hasn’t been able to connect to my iPhone. I should not have bought this model and looked for one that gives me the basics. Quick heat, right temp range and an extendable mouth piece that is part of the vaporizer, not a separate piece that needs to be attached. Overworked, over thought. Sorry Davinci, I loved the Ascend and was hoping to replicate the wonderful experience I had with the IQ2. It does what’s required I won’t use the ‘add-ons’ at all as they aren’t of interest to me. Davinci, I may give this one away and buy the basic version.
The build of the IQ2 is great. I haven’t had it long enough to comment on durability. I don’t think I’ll keep it long enough to post on durability.”
