“It's a cute little vape and works for my needs. I literally only wanted this one to take with me on long runs for when my gummies and pre run session high wear off. It fits the right amount of flower and the perfect battery amount for my needs. It is inconspicuous, lightweight and easy to stash in a running pouch or pocket. If you really wanted you could take extra pods and batts but that just becomes too much for me personally.
Like all DaVinci it gets super hot to the touch which is annoying but I can deal. I like the silicone mouthpiece that comes standard not the big extra one but I do wish the doors had been kept metal like the old version. The plastic is cheap and is going to break.
It is super easy to clean. I don't know why people are so lazy about cleaning. If you brush it out every time with a little brush (takes like 2 seconds) and then wipe it every once in a while with an alcohol q tip it stays clean. I'm obsessed with keeping all my vape and glassware clean though.
I will say I am glad I bought the pink one because it is bright and I can see it among our pile of ugly black and gray vapes.”

“I have several DaVinci products. Even the original micro. I recently purchased the Artiq. It was wonderful for the first cartridge. I was so excited. However, when I went to use my second cartridge the unit would not magnetize with the nut on the new cartridge. I even purchased a repair kit to hope that would help. It did not. I have written to customer support. A week and no response. I'm sad to say I'm not happy.”
“The product itself seems good but I have a few complaints. First it took 2 weeks to get the item when it was listed in stock and suppose to ship within 24 hrs. There is no active phone number to speak to a human and it took several days to get a response from the customer service email address. Then I was told the item was out of stock. Now that I received the item the iOS app is down and half of the accessories are out of stock. Hope they resolve these issues so I don’t regret my decision to go with davinci instead of pax.”
“it's been a month since I bought Davinci Mini. I'm not satisfied with the device. It doesn't burn so well. it says that the max temperature should be 200 Celsius (4 light mode) but I see that it doesn't burn enough. I have another vaporizer with a screen where it shows you an actual temperature and I can see that substance looks different, it is not so dry and still has a green color after Davinci Mini, and it is more dry and gray color after smoking it in the bigger vaporizer. Also, almost no smoke comes out when exhale.
It is kind of difficult to inhale the smoke, feels like the tube is small and air does not go well thru it.
Batteries are very short time. I bought two and both of them are enough for 4 sessions.
And it is getting hot-hot while using, sometimes not comfortable to keep in the hand.
The color (I've got a red one) is amazing thou.”

“I was very disappointed when my, less than a year old IQ2 carbon fiber (500$+) vape stopped working properly. I figured I’ll just call customer service, and they’ll send me a new one since I’m under warranty and have been a repeat customer. NOPE. They don’t even have a functional customer service line anymore, so I have to fart around typing my problem out to somebody via a chat line. I’ve had 4-5 back and forth emails that have complicated this whole process and as a repeat customer, I’m feeling very unsatisfied with the whole process and how long it’s taking.”
“I purchased the Miqro C from a dispensary. Within two weeks it would deplete any battery I put in instantly. I have tried only batteries from DaVinci. I really enjoy the product however 2 weeks later and I haven't heard from customer service. I have sent 3 emails and contacted them on social media. Nothing. 0 replies 0 support. I can only assume they are trying to wait out the warranty. Don't buy a davinci product if you expect customer service of any kind.”
