“Shipping was supposed to take 2-3 weeks which was nice it was advertised that way. But it took nearly 5 weeks and chats between to ensure the device got shipped. I understand the carrier issue, but that’s something that should be figured out on da Vinci end. Would like not order again for this reason”
“Might be an isolated incident but one of the terminals on the battery case fell out of its seating when i took the battery out to charge it externally. That in and of itself is understandable...there are defects that happen. However, I still haven't received a response from customer service after reaching out to them twice. So, now I have a unit that intermittently powers down with no response from the vendor, other than an automated email from their ticketing system. Customer service is poor up to this point.”
“It took a month to come after ordering. Once I got it, a gasket is messed up at the bottom, and another silicone piece at the top fell out, which seems impossible to push back in. Support is either slow or just not answering.”
