I love the IQ2 I can use Concentrate and Flower both, and control the temperature Adding the water pipe is the “Chef’s Kiss “

I really like this product. It was damaged and so I bought it again. HORRIBLE ... it had been over a month and I still haven't received the product. I received the request to review a week after purchase it has now been 6-8 weeks. And still nothing. Send am email inquiring and no response.

Vaporizer is good enough. I bought two of them but they only shipped one and so far have gotten no responses from their customer service.

Support is good, altough there are some troubles with the page and accounts, there was some improvement from the IQ, but it seems that some are recicled parts and the chrome paint is not good in quality as before.

Excellent vape; the hits are so much more powerful and easy unlike many of your competitors. Also, the model stands upright the most optimal way to place vape.

Charging port broke less than two weeks after getting the IQ2. Sent multiple emails to customer support & submitted a warranty claim; haven't gotten even one reply from them in almost a month. Phone number on the business card that came with it is disconnected (says it's a test line only). I'm trying one last time with the support email on the card (different than their website). After that I'll just complain to the BBB & ask my CC company to contest the charge. Vape itself seems like it's solid (aside from the borked charging port). Super sketchy experience with the company overall.

Cool concept but the battery is an issue. The heat is an issue for the person holding it. Mine doesn’t seem to shut off and dies after 30 mins. But cool concept

Doesn't hold a charge Doesn't produce vapor untill the last minute of the charge I'm very dissatisfied with your product and probably will not recommend it to my friends

Your Customer Service is Horrible. I have sent 4 emails so far and my wife has sent one. We have not received a response from any email. I need to return the items I purchased. I returned the vaporizer. I have ur products but disputed the charge with my credit card. If you would like the package I ordered back, please contact me so I can’t return your property.

I received my IQC today (4/29/2024) to find that I can't remove the flavor chamber. I read a thread on Davinci's youtube page to find a resolution to my issue and saw that I'm not the only one with this problem. I was told to run a full cycle in #4 smart path, but it didn't work. I shouldn't have ANY ISSUES with a brand new unit.

I think the shipping is terrible you have to wait for almost a month to get it which is unsatisfactory to me this is my 3rd week waiting

It took a fair amount of time but I was finally able to get a warranty replacement for my ARTIQ Vaporizer. I have to say that lately the response to inquiries has been excellent.
