it's been a month since I bought Davinci Mini. I'm not satisfied with the device. It doesn't burn so well. it says that the max temperature should be 200 Celsius (4 light mode) but I see that it doesn't burn enough. I have another vaporizer with a screen where it shows you an actual temperature and I can see that substance looks different, it is not so dry and still has a green color after Davinci Mini, and it is more dry and gray color after smoking it in the bigger vaporizer. Also, almost no smoke comes out when exhale. It is kind of difficult to inhale the smoke, feels like the tube is small and air does not go well thru it. Batteries are very short time. I bought two and both of them are enough for 4 sessions. And it is getting hot-hot while using, sometimes not comfortable to keep in the hand. The color (I've got a red one) is amazing thou.

Works well and does exactly what it says. But it does clog too easily and is difficult to clean between cleanings, too much maintenance for this to be worth it. Regret this purchase, sticking with my Pckt 2 and Vessel Expedition for now.

I have been a devoted customer of Davinci Vaporizer since the beginning. They certainly stand by their products, with a quick fix or a replacement. I recently ordered a part for my Ascent. The part must have been shipped out the same day, as I received it in record time. I love my vaporizer, and the quality is impeccable.

I purchased this item. And waited weeks for it for it to get Diverted to ups delivery and for some reason it being sent back to your company with no explanation as to why so it need to be resent

It’s pretty neat, I would suggest adding a filter by the mouthpiece as sometimes I keep getting ground herb passing through.

I was very disappointed when my, less than a year old IQ2 carbon fiber (500$+) vape stopped working properly. I figured I’ll just call customer service, and they’ll send me a new one since I’m under warranty and have been a repeat customer. NOPE. They don’t even have a functional customer service line anymore, so I have to fart around typing my problem out to somebody via a chat line. I’ve had 4-5 back and forth emails that have complicated this whole process and as a repeat customer, I’m feeling very unsatisfied with the whole process and how long it’s taking.

I purchased the Miqro C from a dispensary. Within two weeks it would deplete any battery I put in instantly. I have tried only batteries from DaVinci. I really enjoy the product however 2 weeks later and I haven't heard from customer service. I have sent 3 emails and contacted them on social media. Nothing. 0 replies 0 support. I can only assume they are trying to wait out the warranty. Don't buy a davinci product if you expect customer service of any kind.

all i really have to complain about is the access to customer service its to much of a process to get any customer service which i had to say i sent that i was having a problem with registering my vape have never received any response to said email

I'll begin by saying that I have only seen positive reviews and videos of the Miqro-c. This is why I chose to purchase one. I am coming from a Healthy Rips Fury2. Works great, but the reviews of the Miqro-c piqued my interest. Well, I can't pull any air through the vapor path when the oven door is closed. It seals completely, and I see no provision for air holes. Is mine defective? With no flower in the oven, I can see all the way through the vapor path, and air flows freely. Are you supposed to pack it so full that the pearl rests upon the flower, holding the oven door open a little for air flow? Am I using this incorrectly? I'm 50 years old, and have been toking since age 15. I'm not new to vaporizers. I am aware that I could be overlooking a simple cause, but I cannot find one. Based on this experience, I would not purchase another DaVinci product, or recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong, and I will edit my review. In the meantime, this thing doesn't do anything except get extremely hot. No vapor, because no air flow. Meanwhile, my Healthy Rips produces clouds. My experience does not seem typical as stated in the beginning of this review, so I assume most people are very pleased. Hopefully someone else will chime in and show me my error. Sorry to say, my review is not good. Chamber doesn’t heat well enough to release any vapors even at the highest setting. The grinder, in contrast, is the best I ever used.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Davinci Vaporizer! Shipping was fast, and product packaging and presentation were fantastic! I love how they took the time to put every accessory into a separate little box. The flower vape itself is great! Everything I wanted and needed! Will definitely look to Davinci for any other of my smoking needs!

Shipping was supposed to take 2-3 weeks which was nice it was advertised that way. But it took nearly 5 weeks and chats between to ensure the device got shipped. I understand the carrier issue, but that’s something that should be figured out on da Vinci end. Would like not order again for this reason
