“The Davinci is a great solid device that is a bit larger and heavier then most vapes. It’s also has some weight to it, the reason why I gave ut 1 star is for the flavor tube is wasted space no instruction on how to use it properly. The device also gets very hot to even touch sometimes. The main reason for the low rating is their customer service is the worse on the market. They don’t answer questions, no phone calls and when I had to return the device for repair no follow up, no responses to emails, just ghosted and it took 6 weeks to get back. This is an American company run by high school kids or people who do not believe in good customer service.”

“First, I would recommend that you increase the both the size and the color of the font you use in the instrucition pack. You have room for a larger size and together with a more contrasting font would make it much more user friendly.
Second, I would also recommend that you include some step by step instructional videos on your web site. I found some on YouTube, but why not have them linked on your web site?
Third, the color presented on the web and the actual color of the device is misleading. I ordered green and was sure it was black until I got it outside in the sun and saw the dark green hue.
And last, I had problems with battery management. I think it would be good to give more detail about what to expect (how long does a battery last if I just let it sit? , do I need to charge it every night? what happens if I leave it plugged in for days?”

Going through support to try and get help with my issue completely sucked. Took almost four months to get my Davinci looked at and replaced.
I was told when I bought the IQ2 that Davinci has amazing support and a good warranty. The vape is awesome, and I do appreciate that my original one was replaced, but wow, it was way too hard to just get through to the warranty team to start with.”

“I am impressed by the IQ2 that I purchased last year. Easy to clean and easy to operate. I have been using vaporizers for over 10 years and have tried a few of the popular styles as they became available. My last previous unit was a temperature controlled device which was awesome with the exception of it being too bulky to take places with me as well as loading flower in and cleaning it out was a chore.
Last year I saw an ad for DaVinci and had to take a peak. Compact, easy to use and adjust, super easy to clean, little pods that make it a breeze to swap out doses of flower and a case to keep the pods stored in for on the go enjoyment.
I had a slight problem with the charging port and sent in a request for repair and got a response to send it in. I shipped it priority and had a new unit shipped to me within a week without any issues
Customer service is awesome as is their product line. For anyone on the fence about getting any of their products, don't hesitate. Vaping flower is healthier than smoke and the flavor is like having a fresh IPA beer vs drinking a glass of bong water. If dabs are you thing then this IQ2 is for you. The health benefits of vaping versus smoke are too many to type out plus you won't smell like a stoner and no one will know.

“Purchased the iq2 and it was amazing for a few months until it stopped taking charge. After filing a claim with CS during a peak period it took days for a response and months to finally get another unit. Thankfully I wasn't pressed on timing but others would have an issue. Overall the interactions were simple just took a lot of time for a resolution. Overall I will continue to purchase due to the warranty and quality of the product. Great charging, easy clean up nice size”
