“Charging port broke less than two weeks after getting the IQ2. Sent multiple emails to customer support & submitted a warranty claim; haven't gotten even one reply from them in almost a month. Phone number on the business card that came with it is disconnected (says it's a test line only).
I'm trying one last time with the support email on the card (different than their website). After that I'll just complain to the BBB & ask my CC company to contest the charge.
Vape itself seems like it's solid (aside from the borked charging port). Super sketchy experience with the company overall.”
“I ordered my new DaVinci mini vaporizer and was full of anticipation, the arrival. It came beautifully packaged in like a gift box. It's cute, Deseret and portable however ot gets very hot to hold my only complaint. It gets way hot. It came in a day earlier than expected so fast delivery. I love the pink color”

“I'm totally AMAZED with your DaVinci vape battery dispenser. It took awhile to figure it out. But now that I have I can't believe how well it works. It's light-years ahead of the competition. Not only is the smoke smoother but my carts last so much longer with better flavor till the end. I used to buy one or two catrs a month but now with your product each one last me about 3 months. “MIQRO is a great vape for a lightweight! I just need a flight every once in a while, so it doesn't take much, and I only want buds. This is the best vape I could find for small amounts of flower and have been happy with the setup, function, and the tasty temperature-controlled vapor. Really like workiing the way up through the temperature levels to enjoy the terpenes and all the other tasty flavors.The grinder and capsules is a totally cool idea and I am looking forward to trying that too.”

“Love this vape. It’s discrete (and cute, I got pink). I’m not a heavy hitter so this ,just as is, is perfect for me. Doesn’t create a lot of smoke, which I like especially when around people who don’t partake. I suggest getting the silicone sleeve as it gets pretty warm. Battery lasts just fine for me (it’s a bit of a short charge) but recharges quickly. Do use the card that comes with as phone chargers are not compatible.”
“I received my IQC today (4/29/2024) to find that I can't remove the flavor chamber. I read a thread on Davinci's youtube page to find a resolution to my issue and saw that I'm not the only one with this problem. I was told to run a full cycle in #4 smart path, but it didn't work. I shouldn't have ANY ISSUES with a brand new unit.”

“I have had my Ascent Vaporizer since they first offered them. I have had two replacements and I always want an extra glass internal tube on hand, just incase. Needless to say, I love my Ascent, and I don't ever want a day without it.”
