“Returned under warranty over and over. The first three times I had to pay. Next two times the company (Davinci) payed. I bought the vaporizer in April, 2024. (This is my third one from Davinci.) I've gotten approximately two weeks use out of it since then and it's now September of 2024. The IQC I bought has spent most of it's life in shipping instead of me sipping, awesome vapors!”

“Hardware is great, packaging was pretty - flavor tube however was all but glued in. I ended up bending the pick and using a needle nose with the pick to wrench it out.
Only other complaint: the zipper case doesnt really fit the vape well at all (the divinci seems larger than the case)”
“The equipment continues to fail after a short time, but they are being responsible with the warranty, they respond quickly by sending the new equipment. The problem is the same in all the equipment, the coating of the gold hinge where the current passes wears out, this lowers the resistance of that part, it overheats and causes the typical failure, it is something so easy to fix, but they do not make that correction.”
“Every product that I have purchased From Davinci is of the highest quality. I have 3 Different products The MIQRO was my first. I loved it so I upgraded to the IQ with The Capsules . I also have the ARTIQ for the Vape cartridge. I love them all”

“I placed my order on August 25th. Received an update on August 28th that product was in the process of being shipped. Haven't received the product yet, nor any other updates. Sent emails requesting updates on August 30th and September 3rd. Haven't received any answers either.”
“I got my vape at curaleaf, unfortunately it only worked one day. I contacted customer service and I’ve been trying to get a replacement, so far I just got a spare battery. I tried this new battery and the vape didn’t work either. It’s been more than a month that I’ve been trying to get this vape replaced. I do like the vape but their customer service isn’t great. I can’t even turn it on.”
