“I have several DaVinci products. Even the original micro. I recently purchased the Artiq. It was wonderful for the first cartridge. I was so excited. However, when I went to use my second cartridge the unit would not magnetize with the nut on the new cartridge. I even purchased a repair kit to hope that would help. It did not. I have written to customer support. A week and no response. I'm sad to say I'm not happy.”
“The product itself seems good but I have a few complaints. First it took 2 weeks to get the item when it was listed in stock and suppose to ship within 24 hrs. There is no active phone number to speak to a human and it took several days to get a response from the customer service email address. Then I was told the item was out of stock. Now that I received the item the iOS app is down and half of the accessories are out of stock. Hope they resolve these issues so I don’t regret my decision to go with davinci instead of pax.”
“it's been a month since I bought Davinci Mini. I'm not satisfied with the device. It doesn't burn so well. it says that the max temperature should be 200 Celsius (4 light mode) but I see that it doesn't burn enough. I have another vaporizer with a screen where it shows you an actual temperature and I can see that substance looks different, it is not so dry and still has a green color after Davinci Mini, and it is more dry and gray color after smoking it in the bigger vaporizer. Also, almost no smoke comes out when exhale.
It is kind of difficult to inhale the smoke, feels like the tube is small and air does not go well thru it.
Batteries are very short time. I bought two and both of them are enough for 4 sessions.
And it is getting hot-hot while using, sometimes not comfortable to keep in the hand.

“The IQ2 is life changing. I’m new to dry vaping and did extensive research before deciding on which device to buy. I was apprehensive about the price but was confident I would save enough money in the long run for the IQ2 to more than pay for itself.
I started researching dry vaping because I was looking for something to reduce/eliminate the smell created when using a pipe, bong, joint, etc. The smell itself doesn’t bother me, I just don’t like the smell in my house. My partner and daughter loathe the smell and have noses like bloodhounds. Even if I just opened my jar of dry bud some where in the house, they would comment on the smell. So I would either use disposable cartridges or smoke dry herb outside. The freezing cold and sweltering humidity of the upper Midwest are brutal and I’m completely over smoking outside.
The IQ2 eliminates that smell all together. The true test was when I used the IQ2 while in the same room with my partner. He had no idea I had actual bud in the device before I started using it in front of him. He didn’t notice ANY smell at all!
Although the smell aspect is what lead me down the path of purchasing my first dry herb device, the amazing features of the IQ2 were what sold me all around.
I could talk for DAYS about how amazing the IQ2 is and have told every herb user I know, this is a must have. One friend tried my IQ2 and immediately ordered one for herself.
I’m not a what I call a “session smoker”. I like to have something in my pocket, and take hits frequently during my day, as I’m working around the house or while I’m lounging. Which is why I strongly recommend purchasing additional batteries and the battery charger. I didn’t do that initially but am ordering those ASAP.
