Doesn't hold a charge Doesn't produce vapor untill the last minute of the charge I'm very dissatisfied with your product and probably will not recommend it to my friends

Your Customer Service is Horrible. I have sent 4 emails so far and my wife has sent one. We have not received a response from any email. I need to return the items I purchased. I returned the vaporizer. I have ur products but disputed the charge with my credit card. If you would like the package I ordered back, please contact me so I can’t return your property.

I received my IQC today (4/29/2024) to find that I can't remove the flavor chamber. I read a thread on Davinci's youtube page to find a resolution to my issue and saw that I'm not the only one with this problem. I was told to run a full cycle in #4 smart path, but it didn't work. I shouldn't have ANY ISSUES with a brand new unit.

I think the shipping is terrible you have to wait for almost a month to get it which is unsatisfactory to me this is my 3rd week waiting

It took a fair amount of time but I was finally able to get a warranty replacement for my ARTIQ Vaporizer. I have to say that lately the response to inquiries has been excellent.

My IQC had a problem and I sent it back for repairs twice. On the second occasion, they sent me a brand new replacement unit. Great products and terrific customer service.

I’ve bought two different units from you guys and it’s gotten progressively worst with you guys. I do t know if there’s been new management or something but it’s not the same quality. Customer service has gone down hill, it takes about a month for a response. I literally have been waiting for over 4 months for service on a device I bought and your “ company “ is in my state and a short drive away but you don’t answer your phones, and takes for ever by email. In the end, you just sent me a new device, and you could have done that from get go, especially since the unit was only a few mo the old and had problems with it from the beginning. After this with my artiq, I’ll never buy from you again. I have bought a IQ2 and a Micro as well, before the artic and from that point forward, your company has gone downhill.

I love Davinci products. Took awhile to get responses due to being under staffed. Even though i explained what the problem is, they sent me a replacement battery ??? STILL HAVE ISSUE. Won't completely charge, still a blinking light. Been that way since I purchased it. It's where you plug into vaporizer. Not a Happy customer...🥺

Very slow and hap hazard customer service. If you’re going to sell your premium products at premium prices then you need to get the right people to handle issues that arise. My new vape stopped charging and it’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting for a replacement.

Davinci has been a complete game changer for me! This is the second vape I buy from them and yes, I had to reach out to them in a few occasions to assist with trouble shooting and also service my old vape and I must say that they are ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! Thank you Davinci!

The unit was 'ok'. Customer service, and support have been absolutely terrible and NON existant. No emails, chats, or telephone communication what so ever. No response to product usage questions as well as product accesories. I would not recommend or buy this product again.

I bought a Davinci iq2 on 2-26-2024, I am having issues with it. 1. Sometimes display and start button going wild. 2. I have a hard time getting battery door to close, and when it does not really secure. I have sent emails with issues and I only get a reference number. Have not been contacted and don’t know if they will ever contact me. What I’m saying is I am very disappointed with customer support. You can’t talk to anyone on phone. My iq2 is junk, rarely works, lots of money down the drain. lol, a 10 year warranty, first issue was within a month of purchase, second issue 1 month and several days. WHAT WARRANTY?

I bought a micro c and it stopped working 3 weeks in. I submitted a ticket and have not heard back. No email no nothing. Very bad customer service

The device works great untill you need to clean it. You can't fully clean it because you can't reach the bottom where the flavor chamber sits. It a frustrating mess of a device we are going to buy a PAX and return this.

The Davinci is a great solid device that is a bit larger and heavier then most vapes. It’s also has some weight to it, the reason why I gave ut 1 star is for the flavor tube is wasted space no instruction on how to use it properly. The device also gets very hot to even touch sometimes. The main reason for the low rating is their customer service is the worse on the market. They don’t answer questions, no phone calls and when I had to return the device for repair no follow up, no responses to emails, just ghosted and it took 6 weeks to get back. This is an American company run by high school kids or people who do not believe in good customer service.

First vape I bought broke within 4 months... thinking that I could easily get a replacement with warranty prompted me to buy a second one... now weeks later and several emails, I can not reach anyone! Do not buy if you are thinking there is an actual warranty or any type of customer service beyond taking payment
