“Accessory Products are as expected, though I'm not impressed with the quality of the Dosage capsules given they and the grindr cost as much as the vape itself. They're finicky and hard to use without spilling weed every where, but I like the function. The Miqro-C and/or batteries are a huge dissapointment, I've only have them for a few days and they already aren't holding their charge, I've now gone through 3 batteries. I reached out to customer service, got no response, but I did get an email to leave a review. I had the first Davinci IQ and it lasted me six years, so I'm really dissapointed that their products no longer have the longevity they once did. Not sure what to do since I just went all on in the Miqro-C, but I will not be returning to this brand and will stop reccomending their products to others.”

“I've been using a dry herb vaporizer for a couple years which I have really enjoyed. I just don't care for the burning paper and plant material. The Davinci IQ3 has brought me to a whole new level. Loving it.”

“Pretty expensive for what you get. Yes, the iq3 bowl is pretty massive but I feel like you waste about 1/4 of it so most the competitors are within range. The batteries are pretty expensive too for what they are. Overall the iq3 is ok for what it is, the price is high, the quality is ok, the smoke is nothing to call home about. Its a little better than dynavap but not by much, so if you compare prices the winners obvious. This will turn into a backup sooner rather than later. The webapp and app for both Android and iOS are a joke too, dont even bother.”

“This was my first vaporizer, I researched and found the IQ3 to be a recommended device. The vape is defective, tech support was responsive, sent me spacers but I’ve not heard back from my last two inquiries asking for an RMA. I’ve been forced to dispute the charges.”

“On my second IQC. Had my first one for a couple of years. I think I wore it out. Anyway, I've tried several different herb vaporizers. This one is the best...hands down. I've even recommended that several of the dispensaries I've visited should carry them.”

“The worst experience ever ever ever have!!! I would never ever buy something from you ever again. It was supposed to arrive in 5 to 7 days. It has been 12 days since purchase. USPS says nothing was given to them. I try emailing you twice, I call you guys I lost cost how many times and never ever had an answer. Still waiting for the product (that was supposed to arrive in 5 to 7 days) or to have the money reimbursement. Nothing of that happened. The worst customer service EVER.”

“I first started smoking in Vietban 1966. It saved me during my life of PTSD. I needed to find a better way then the Joint. Vape became my metjod. I tried many Pipes. This is head and shoulders above all others. I( had to get a second one for my Wife. Love it!!”

“I just updated again to my 3rd DaVinci unit. It’s always better than the last. Each has been amazing over the years. The IQ3 is just even a better upgrade than previous ones. Fast to be ready at temperature. Even more clean taste. Can’t be more happy!”

“I don't want to give you a bad review because I think you are a good company. I spent $300.00 buying my purple IQ3. Unfortunately I have never got a decent puff from this device. I have tried it 10-12 times with next to no results. I put it back in the box for a while. I got it out the other day and tried resetting it. Now it doesn't say NEW, doesn't say thc THC content, it doesn't say the CBD percentage. I would appreciate a phone call and please me a shipping label so it can be repaired or replaced.
