“Support is good, altough there are some troubles with the page and accounts, there was some improvement from the IQ, but it seems that some are recicled parts and the chrome paint is not good in quality as before.”
“Charging port broke less than two weeks after getting the IQ2. Sent multiple emails to customer support & submitted a warranty claim; haven't gotten even one reply from them in almost a month. Phone number on the business card that came with it is disconnected (says it's a test line only).
I'm trying one last time with the support email on the card (different than their website). After that I'll just complain to the BBB & ask my CC company to contest the charge.
Vape itself seems like it's solid (aside from the borked charging port). Super sketchy experience with the company overall.”

“I received my IQC today (4/29/2024) to find that I can't remove the flavor chamber. I read a thread on Davinci's youtube page to find a resolution to my issue and saw that I'm not the only one with this problem. I was told to run a full cycle in #4 smart path, but it didn't work. “I love Davinci products. Took awhile to get responses due to being under staffed. Even though i explained what the problem is, they sent me a replacement battery ??? STILL HAVE ISSUE. Won't completely charge, still a blinking light. Been that way since I purchased it. It's where you plug into vaporizer. Not a Happy customer...🥺”

I have a hard time getting battery door to close, and when it does not really secure. I have sent emails with issues and I only get a reference number.
