“Product support is awful. You don’t carry replacement parts for all your devices. I switched to Utilian 723 convection vape. It is half the price, they support their products, and the product is far superior in vapor quality. At half the price with superior quality, I realize this company is an absolute rip off. Overpriced and underperformed. I steer all my friends clear away from Davinci now.”

“The product itself is very nice. I loved the material, the ease of use, how easy it was to pull product. A little too easy. Problem was getting the Vaporizer. I received an email with my tracking number then I I waited 6 days before finally deciding to reach out and ask what was going on. No response just got sent another tracking number the next day and had to wait an additional 5 days. It was disappointing because I got no explanation or even offered the 2 day shipping for the inconvenience.”

“I've been a loyal fan of another brand for years, but I was excited to try the new Davinci IQ3 with its larger capacity and innovative Zirconia updates. After purchasing it, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it performs! The IQ3 heats up quickly and delivers accurate temperatures, making for a fantastic vaping experience. I rated it 4 stars for a few reasons, but overall, I'm very happy with my choice: Heat Management: The unit does get warm during longer sessions, but I found that using a silicone protector makes a significant difference. It's a great addition that enhances comfort while using the device. App Connectivity: Unfortunately, the app has been a bit of a letdown. While it offers some interesting features, I often struggle to connect it to the IQ3. Sometimes I have to enable Bluetooth pairing on the unit multiple times before it recognizes the app. This inconsistency can be frustrating, especially since a smooth app experience is expected with modern devices. While the app isn't essential for enjoying the device, it would be nice if it worked more reliably. Herb Packing: To get the best vapor quality, I recommend tightly packing the herb chamber. The .75 gram capacity is generous, but for quick sessions, it would be helpful if Davinci included zirconia spacers in the kit. These spacers are great for controlling the amount used when a full pack isn't necessary, and they work well with smaller quantities. Overall, the Davinci IQ3 is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a high-quality vaporizer. With a few minor adjustments, it could be even better, but I'm thrilled with my purchase and the experience it provides!”

“The Davinci IQ3 represents an enhancement over the original Davinci Micro. Although there is a slight adjustment required from using the Micro, the IQ3 appears to have an extended “stay-on” duration, resulting in a more extended session. The bowl’s increased size proves particularly beneficial for shorter sessions, as the inclusion of the Zirconia Ceramic Spacers facilitates those shorter sessions. Furthermore, the Glove provides excellent protection for your hand from the heat buildup generated by the IQ3. From my prior experiences with the Davinci Support team, they honor their warranty, provide quick response to questions for both pre & post sales. I recommend when buying the Davinci IQ3 you include both the Glove and the Zirconia Ceramic Spacers.”

“Works great, I just wish the button was a bit easier to hit (for example, the button on the Vessel Compass Rise Cart Battery), and it would be nice if we could just screw in the 510 cart without having to put an adapter on it (see the Vessel Compass also).”

“I have the IQ2 & now the IQ3. 3 is by far the inferior machine. However, during its time, so was the IQ2. You cannot buy any better on the market. HOWEVER, the reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I was shorted items in my order of the IQ3. In addition, there are too many NEEDED items to make your IQ3 experience the best that are sold OUT. This is really unacceptable for the high end products you sale, especially your BEST product, IQ3. You should know this because of your clientele’s spending habits & the number of IQ3s that are bought. So, this product is by far the BEST. However, please fix the issues I spoke about. 1 more thing, either the “plugin” part of the charger doesn’t come with it, or I was shorted that item. It would also be nice for it to be clear that part doesn’t come with it if that is the case. Thank you all for what you do & the quality product you make.”

“I like it better than my Mighty Vape, but the batteries on the Mighty are giving out (and cost a fortune to replace). I use a vape in the middle of the night to take one or two small hits on some Indica to help me fall back to sleep. So far, I haven't figured out how to only get a small hit out of the Davinci, but I'm sure I'll figure it out. My only complaint is the hold-down lid on the battery compartment is VERY difficult to attach, which coould be just a problem on my vape, or a design flaw. Seems to be an excellent product.”

“Liking it thus far! Definitely need to get used to less visible vapors but it gets the job done otherwise. I like being able to pack the bowl and go back to it a couple times after mixing it up with the pick tool. I do wish the brush that came with it was a bit longer, it works well as a packing tool but I don't feel good taking it on the go since it's so small and easy to misplace.”
