“It’s been almost 3 weeks since my order was placed. Contacted customer service. They gave me a tracking code over a week ago that still hasn’t been received from the courier. I was told that this type of purchase normally takes a few weeks to arrive. Does not make sense since I received a similar product from a competitor within days of ordering. (Both orders were placed on the same day).

“Tried a friend's 3 y/o vaporizer, and liked it. Bought the MIQRO C, because it was available at my dispensary. It does not draw well. It does not burn well. It is difficult to handle the dosing cups. I'm returning to my traditional dispensing method.”

If I can update this review post I will, but so far I have spent money, customer support basically told me to watch the tracking and it's the shippers fault (is it shipping from China???), and been told to also review it, Professional!”
“After figuring out how to use it, it worked good. Unfortunately, I have had it one week and the plug on the top that pushes the flower in the chamber came off. I stuck it back on. We will see if it stays or breaks”
“For the price and the size this thing really performs. The only thing that I feel could be improve that it would be to use a large capacity battery. The nine hundred milliamps batteries that do fit in it. Those things don't last as long as I like them too. The battery door is a little bit on the fragile side also. Otherwise this is quite a nice product. So if you do purchase this unit, make sure you purchase extra. Bat least it makes sure you purchase the nine hundred milliamp batteries. I purchase two of these. One for myself and 14 my girlfriend. The reason is again the issue with the battery life. He's definitely our personal Vape units. It's not like you're gonna pass these around. Again for occasional user that's gonna smoke pretty much by themselves. This is a pretty cool unit. If the battery life was longer it definitely would get five star”
“The Artiq510 I received doesn't work well. Battery operated but I have to pull way too hard to get it working, but got no vapor from it when I did.
Also, the rubber ring around the bottom that holds the case in place got twisted and jammed up with the case after just a few times being opened and closed”
“I received my Davinci with a battery that didn't work. The customer service team was very helpful in helping to get a "new" battery sent to me right away. The "new' battery doesn't work properly, it doesn't hold a charge. I assume, my unit shuts down after 2 to 3 puffs with the temperature on 2! I don't have the time to keep reaching out to their customer service team in order to get my unit working properly. I'm not pleased with this purchase. I will not purchase anything else as this entity has proven to not work for more than two to 3 minutes, with a supposed new battery. Sorry, I'm taking my money to Firefly, hopefully I'll have better luck with their unit.
