I dont even want to give them one star they dont even deserve one star . Worst delivery company. Worst service. Keep saying we did not answer the phone when you phone the office it takes forever to answer and then when asked for the drivers number they cant give it because he is on the road . When phoning again they said o no they dont have the drivers number because they use a 3rd company to deliver the parcel..but it will definitely be delivered today... still no parcel and still not even one phone call...!!!!

Two days later, still nothing from them, and when you enquire they will tell you that you were not home or you did not answer your phone .... whilst you / husband was waiting for them 2 whole days, walking around with phone .... terrible, terrible servive. If I can advice, never ever use them.

Poor customer service. The delivery was delayed and when I made an enquiry nobody took accountability, I'm really appalled as I am still waiting for my order and nobody gave me a proper response as to when I will receive my order.

I had two separate deliveries, which were to be sent to two desperate addresses. The driver delivered only one package, to the incorrect address, but confirmed delivery on both waybill numbers. I still do not have the outstanding package which was supposed to be delivered to me and the call centre cannot even give me a turnaround time regarding when this will be resolved. They also cannot give you the driver’s details or an e-mail address or contact number of anyone who can assist. The most incompetent service I have ever received. I hope that retailers stop using their courier services.

The worst courier service in South Africa. Have me sitting at home waiting for them to deliver, a week after they picked up the parcel. Then they changed my adres on the parcel for some other reason and tell me I was not at home ( at the wrong adress). The time of delivery which was promised after I complained, have been changed three times in the last two days.

I am so annoyed at your customer service. I have been waiting for my parcel since yesterday and no one is giving me a straight answer. One minute it's out for delivery next minute its not in Cape Town. Absolutely appalling and incompetent.

worst service coz my husband warned me not to buy from snatcher online coz their courier company that they use dawnwing are incompetent coz anything collected in jhb area should be delivered in durban next they don't return your calls last time they sent a message delivery will be certain date but I'm out the day b4 & get a call from delivery driver I'm at your house & no 1 home now my parcel was requested to collect on 13th but oy picked up on 14th & arrived in durbs 15th early am but not out for delivery & no feedback this is the last time I buy from snatcher online

Worst ever. Second time now waiting for a parcel from Under Armour and again huge delays in your delivery. I will again complain to Under Armour and this time I hope they start using another courier as Dawn Wing is really useless!

Worst ever service from a courier company, wil never ever, ever make use of their service again. The worst thing is the company I buy my goods from, do their part quickly, but it took Dawn wing more than 2 weeks to deliver my parcel. Would not recommend this company to anyone, closing doors wil be their best why to improve.

dawnwing is the worst courier company coz I got a tracking w/b no. from my supplier & 2 days now my parcel not collected what the superiors of that company doing I sent an email this morning no 1 bothered to reply or phone. please close your pathetic courier down coz your are a problem for delivery service

DPD Logistics (Dawn Wing) - This has got to be the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. I paid for a collection for Thursday 25/5 in Johannesburg for delivery in Cape Town the following day. The parcel was only collect on Tuesday 30/5 after numerous calls over 4 a day period. I paid for delivery for the following day before 12:00. When querying where my parcel is, I was informed it has not even left Johannesburg! Everytime I call the call centre I get cut off/call dropped before the issue gets resolved. They also refuse to put me through to any form of management.

This company is the worst !! I paid the extra R60.00 for 'next' delivery !! three days later I still have not received anything !! Whatever you do , DO NOT USE this company .

Got a message that my parcel was being delivered approximately on 7 minutes which was 11:46, your delivery driver arrived at 13:51, asked him why the huge delay in time his answer “ I’m just the driver, as he sad about to give the parcel I could here the mug in parcel was broken again for the second time. So I told him to take it back as I would not accept delivery for another broken item delivered by Dawn Couriers and upon which your employee had an attitude and I then asked for the waybill and details so I could photograph it and said I would report him, can give you his info.

Dawn wing is the most incompetent courier company, have been expecting my parcel to be delivered from the 25th of April till to date (May 7th).

They are really terrible Didn't get a call for my delivery only sms that it has been delivered. Who signed for it? Agents won't assist or retrieve parcel. It has been 3 weeks. Everytime I call I hear they will escalate the issue.
