“This was my second purchase from Daywind and it has been a disappointing experience.I ordered the track for my Aunt’s home-going service, but I’ve yet to receive the track. It is now too late to use.😢”

“I love the fact that I can download a track and not have to wait on a CD to be shipped, however, the download process was quiet confusing since I made the purchase on my iPhone. It took me til the next day to figure out that it was auto downloaded into a file folder app that I didn’t even know existing. I would like some to see additional info added to explain that. It seems the info on the Download page assumes it will be downloaded to a computer”

Hey Diane, The files go to your Downloads folder by default. When using your browser, type CTRL+J and that should also bring up a window that displays your recent downloads. Regards, Daywind Customer Service
