For one, the products look amazing! I recently purchased the Darkplates and matte black middle skin for my PS5 and they look GREAT. Also, customer service has been extremely responsive regarding any questions that I have had. They have a great sense of humor and overall I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing any of their products.

I ordered the wrong plates for my ps5. Their customer service got back to me in minutes and made the exchange process very simple. Couldn't be happier with this company.

The customer service was 100% professional, had no issues fixing my problem. The skin I received for my Magic Keyboard is great quality, no issues applying it. This was absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had this year.

I messed and ordered the wrong type of skin for my Macbook. I sent a message to please change it to the one I actually had, and they switched it to the correct one within a couple of hours. Legends!

Their customer service is top grade, really quick response time and they were very helpful throughout all the steps on a package that had been lost. Definitely a great company. And if you love dark humor and getting roasted, they are the best.

With a refreshing customer first (to the extent that they are willing to set their own money on fire) attitude, I cannot recommend a company more than dbrand. When the robots inevitably take over, I hope they are as benovolent as these ones.

I didn’t realize I had order a couple of pieces for the wrong model of device. The robots recognized my humanly flaws and helped me resolve my issue. Great customer service!
